Gathering with family at the large dining table was lovely with the beautiful water views. The kitchen is a bit isolated from the downstairs living areas, but was well stocked with ample dishware and cooking necessities. We did not have any young children with us this trip, but loved the way the house was set up to accommodate little ones, including a full size crib. Easy walk into Main St, and has some very gentle hiking trails close by with beautiful water views. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful stay with family

We stayed with my in-laws, cousin/husband and my kids. It slept the 8 of us comfortably and the beds were surprisingly amazing. The front porch, especially in the evening, is a fantastic place to look over the water. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house has everything you need for your stay in Providence. We even took the kayak and paddleboard out on the bay. It can be a little tricky getting them into the water through all the reeds but if you are experienced, not an issue.

Wonderful House

The view of the bay was amazing! The house was amazing! Location was perfect for our day trips to Providence, Roger Williams Zoo, Warwick, North Kingston and Narragansett! Will definitely consider renting again.

Great location overlooking the bay!

The Boat House was a great home for our family trip to East Greenwich! Perfectly located near the historic Main street. The house had plenty of space for our family including a toddler. There is a permanent crib in the master suite area. We were supplied with plenty of linens, blankets and towels. The street is very quiet with a train that frequently passes nearby but is not a bother at all. The kitchen was well stocked. Large laundry room. Large backyard as well. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings. My only complaint (and its minor) would be that there is no TV unless you stream from your own accounts. We were unable to watch basic local channels. Otherwise the house was great and we would love to stay here again! but is not a bither at all

Wedding Weekend Wonderful

We came from South Florida for a friend’s wedding in Providence. Needing three+ bedrooms for 2 nights, the hotel options didn’t work. This home is absolutely gorgeous, with an incredible view. Ashley is responsive and delightful and knows the area well for recommendations. Easy access to everything in Providence area. We went to the zoo and then took multiple trips to East Greenwich for food and play and would absolutely stay here when coming back to the area.

Great spot in East Greenwich

Really nice house and location. Views from the home are better than the pics suggest. Great launching point for this lovely part of Rhode Island, with tons of things to do and places to eat and drink nearby. Very nice and attentive hosts.

Family Gathering

The Boat House worked out very well for our family of three generations ranging from infant to retirees. The house was well equipped. The yard was large and the view spectacular. Check-in and communications with the hosts were easy and prompt. There were good restaurants and things to do for all age groups nearby. The nearby state park and beaches were great.

We were in for a long weekend and our family loved this home. The location is close to East Greenwich which is amazing and the view / proximity to the water was wonderful. The house was one of the best appointed homes we’ve rented and we will use it again when we are in RI. Ashley made sure everything was smooth and we were comfortable, it was very nice.

Location, location, location

Beautiful home overlooking the bay. It is stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. The interior is nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable along with nice sheets and blankets. We walked about 15-20 minutes to the center where there is shopping and nice eateries. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
