It was great, clean, with beautiful views from both decks. The upstairs/downstairs layout was challenging for us old ladies but the upper deck was our favorite place to sit!

Perfect Beach House

This house was all we were looking for! Spacious rooms, awesome views, two enjoyable decks, local to many great restaurants, nice beach with ability to enjoy a fire at dusk. Perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy! We will definitely be back!

Spring Hill Beach

The location & view was spectacular! The rocks were a bit much for our grand daughter & water too cold for her, but we found another beach for a couple of afternoons to make her happy. I will recommend this house to friends.

Fantastic Off Season Trip

We loved this house! The location on the shores of the Cape Cod Bay was beautiful! Little bit of a bumpy road to get in but its not that long. The house was perfect, VERY clean and well maintained. We loved sitting on the upper deck watching the sunset. The kids played on the beach. It can be a little rocky depending on the tide but they had fun. Water was only 52 degrees in May but that didn't stop our daughter from going in. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Can't beat the location!

Beautiful location with easy access to the private (rocky) beach. Our week had many rainy and/or cool days, so we appreciated the Adirondack chairs and fire pit on the beach. Inside is listed for 6, but would've worked better for 4 since the pull out couch is essentially in the kitchen. All mattresses (including pull out) seem new, though incredibly firm. Any shortcomings were more than made up for by the incredible views from the upstairs living room. Oh, and the coffee they provided was appreciated as well :)

Great Beach House with Views and Attention to Detail

We loved the beach house and waking up every morning to the view of the ocean. Sunrise and sunset views from the deck were our favorite memories. The lay out is really nice and spacious. Our son joined us for a couple of days and had his own area to sleep and work on the first floor. We loved the upper deck and enjoyed meals on the lower deck! The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn’t need to bring anything. Equally important, the beds were great. The host really paid attention to every detail to make our stay comfortable. The beach is really nice for long walks (water shoes recommended). Discovered Marion’s Pie Shop in Chatham and enjoyed take-out of delicious dinner entrees - seafood casserole and a beef tenderloin pie. We had a wonderfully relaxing comfortable week at this beautiful spot and hope to return sometime.

Cozy place witha beautiful view

Amazing place and super cozy. Plenty of room to lounge around and enjoy the beach. We were able to see sharks and seals with the binoculars that were provided. I really appreciated the extra amenities that were provided such as a bunch of kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The beds are quite firm so depending on your preference, you will either love it or hate it.

Beautiful stay on the Cape

My sister and our children stayed here for two weeks, and had a wonderful time. Close to Sandwich Center, with shops, museums, restaurants, yet felt very private on an out-of-the-way beach. The home was cozy, and being right on the water was amazing. Highly recommend!

great beachfront home

The location of the property can't be beat. You are right on a quiet beach! The kids loved playing in the calm water (bring water shoes because the beach is rocky in spots), searching for crabs, and building sand castles. We all loved watching the sunset on the beach and having campfires to roast marshmallows.

Summer vacation

We had a great time. I am aware that the property was just purchased but the upper deck and outside stairs need work. It was nice to have the washer and dryer but for future guests that needs to be added to the amenities list. I also think that the amenities should list the coffee pot as a Keurig (we brought coffee and filters with us). My family and I had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to other people. Thank you.

Nice house directly on the (private) beach. Good kitchen, nice living area, great view!
