Cape Cod: Gimlet Getaway

A brand new 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom w/ bonus room, recently remodeled in Spring 2023! BEAUTIFUL HEATED POOL. Modern and beautiful kitchen with every amenity. A kitchen island that can sit four people and a dining room table to sit 8. The first floor primary bedroom holds a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with two walk in closets. The couch in the bonus room folds out to a queen sized bed. A brand new full bathroom is on the first floor as well. Three bedrooms and a projector movie theater are upstairs. Bedroom 1 had a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds and one full sized bed. A large full bathroom is upstairs as well. A game room consisting of ping pong, basketball hoop game, darts and board games are in the finished basement. There is free W/D in basement as well.

The brand new pool area has ample seating to sun bathe and an outdoor dining area next to a brand new grill and cabana. A fire pit is in the backyard as well! A brand new landscaped yard shows an array of native plants to keep the beautiful Cape Cod ecosystem alive and well for future generations to enjoy. We recently planted a clover lawn (less watering and no herbicide, pros for our environment) and we have reseeded some areas, so there are a few bare dirt patches that will bloom throughout the summer, you can still play yard games, like ladder golf and corn hole (provided for you) and in no way infringes upon use, just aesthetics.

We love Cape Cod and will be your best friend in planning your perfect trip if you want any help. We have a map of our favorite spots. This location can not be beat. Beaches, your personal pool, bike rides on the rail trail, ice cream, amazing food all sums up to a perfect vacation for you and your favorite people. We welcome you and are always available to speak to make sure you are 100% relaxed and having fun at the very beautiful and loved Gimlet Getaway.

We have our pool cleaner, trash pick-up and recycle pick-up coming once a week during your stay. You are responsible for bagging trash and recyclables and brining them to the outside trash cans. You are responsible for pool cleanliness in between pool cleaner visits. Pool is open mid-May through September!

We have two ring security cameras on the outside of the house. The video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability purposes in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, etc. and in no way infringes upon the guests expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may results in the guest being evicted without a refund.
