When we walked into the room I first noticed the cleanliness and was pleased. Plenty of towels and toiletries. The next day though,we noticed a few ants in the room, wondered if they were coming from under the door to outside. You could see the daylight through the crack at the bottom of the door and the ground.

Rooms recently renovated but are very stark and cold. Only one work chair in room and it is a work chair. No table to eat in room. Three small drawers for clothing. Landscaping not kept up. Grass cut for the FIRST time while we were there June 10. Telephone did not work for outside calls. Previous owner did much better job.

My family and I came down to the Cape a day earlier than planned and were planning on camping but last minute decided to book a hotel. Check in was easy, the room was very nice and clean, and my kids really enjoyed the playground. It was also extremely affordable and we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be back!
