From morning coffee to sunset cocktails, you won't want to miss a moment out on the stunning, water view deck. Soak in the bubbling, in-ground hot tub or fire up the gas grill for an unforgettable backyard barbecue experience.

The lux interior features cathedral ceilings, skylights, and ample windows creating a breezy, bright atmosphere professionally designed with bespoke art and high-end furniture from Noir and Palacek, among others. The full kitchen showcases custom counters and updated, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and five-burner gas grill. Full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for six. At the end of the day, sink into the sectional sofa and unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV.

As an added bonus, the sunny garden shed has been converted to an intimate studio/writing cabin complete with a twin sofabed and dedicated desk area - perfect for a quick video call or to work on that novel.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Girls getaway

Great spot to catch up with an old friend. Clearly labeled, easy check in/check out process; minutes away from Eastsound; no neighbors so VERY quiet at night. Hot tub was perfection!

Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway

Stayed in late October 2024. Wonderful home away from home that has everything for a true relaxing retreat. It is secluded in the woods with a beautiful view of trees and the sound from up on the hillside. Very quiet and peaceful location. Just slight intermitent road noise from highway down over the hill that can only be heard from the deck. Bonus is the hot tub in the deck. We enjoyed sunset views from the hot tub every evening. The living areas are comfortable, Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. Drip coffee maker, but no coffee grinder. King bed is very comforrable.

Cozy, peaceful getaway

Spent a long weekend exploring Orcas Island during the day and relaxing in the evenings. Between the stores on the island and the well-stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The house itself was beautiful and full of light. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the location of this property- private, great view, easy access to Eastsound and the state park. Spending time out on the deck was a highlight. House was stocked with detergents, toiletries, etc. The house could use a little TLC though (bathtub doesn’t drain well, dust bunnies flying everywhere when the fan was turned on, etc.). The bunk bed is super rickety, probably meant for kids but we had adults on it. Overall a good stay for the price!

Serene stay close to town

Private lodging with a beautiful view, especially great for sunsets. We loved being able to cook at home and enjoy dinner on the deck. However, stove top skillets could use an update. We had an issue with there being no extra toilet paper stocked for 5 adults. But after notifying of our issue it was resolved in a few hours. There was also a slice of old pizza found in the oven when we went to preheat it and residue in the coffee pot. Otherwise the house was very clean, bedding was nice and comfortable. It was a great place for a family or close friends. We were close to town but felt removed from it for a nice weekend escape. The birdhouse off the deck was adorable to watch while we enjoyed coffee or drinks on the deck. We also saw a family of deer one morning. Overall, we loved our stay and the island.

Perfect basecamp for exploring Orcas

Situated a couple minutes' drive from Eastsound, the Wilker House was a perfect spot from which to check out the rest of the island. The hot tub and gas fireplace inside were particular highlights. Would stay again. Thanks yall!

What a view!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay a lot. We had some friends that were going to join us for our stay but had to back out at the last minute, which turned out to be a bit of a blessing because the beds in 2nd bedroom are more for kids than adults. Overall, though we really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous sunsets over East Sound

My gal pals and I enjoyed every moment in this well-equipped home overlooking the waters of East Sound. Just a few minutes (by car) from the village of East Sound, the home was easy to find and filled with extras like a washer/dryer, hot tub, streaming services, deck with outdoor dining & grill, plenty of towels, all necessary cleaning supplies, and a bonus writer's retreat. We enjoyed being here so much that we canceled one of our dinner reservations and ate at home, overlooking the gorgeous sunset. We wish every vacation home was as welcoming!

Great Location, Beautiful View, Lovely House

The house is situated in a very private and quiet spot with a serene view of the water from the spacious deck. It has a sleek, contemporary look inside filled with art and comfortable modern furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped, and the large rustic kitchen table is great for sharing a meal if you are staying in for dinner. I'm generally not a big fan of hot tubs, but after a day of hiking I found it very soothing and relaxing - a real treat! We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Orcas Island!

Convenient, clean and comfortable!

We loved staying at this home right outside the town of Eastsound. The house was sparkling clean and aesthetically quite beautiful; the beds were comfortable, and the instructions and check-in were easy. The location was perfect for getting into Eastsound for restaurants and shops, as well as accessing all points of Orcas Island. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Eastsound

Property was perfect for my family’s 3 day weekend getaway. The property was well located, quiet, and had a big driveway for our double kayak trailer. The house was “as described “ with ample linens and comfortable beds/bedding. Only warning would be there is no A/C and house has western exposure. It was quite warm even with outdoor highs in the 60’s. There were fans, but it’s clear this could be an issue during warmer days. Overall, wonderful property at a fair price. Big 5 stars!!

Great time on Orcas Island

This made for a lovely little getaway. We had a great time at the property and we would love to stay there or somewhere similar again. It is a very charming home in a beautiful part of the island. Close enough to Eastsound that it's not a hassle to get there, but far enough out that it feels quite secluded and remote.

The space was very calming with a view. Beds were comfortable; hot tub was operational, very large deck, at end of shared drive and private. Close to Moran State Park, Eastsound, and Rosario. Mgmt company was very responsive when contacted. Will definitely come back.
