Even though its a non smoking hotel, the room clearly smelled of stale cigarettes. Both the sink faucet and the shower faucet didn't work properly. The sink faucet leaked from the base and got everything on the counter wet. The shower faucet wouldn't turn the shower head on completely so less than half the water was coming out of the shower head, the majority came out of the faucet. The front desk clerk was polite but while checking in he told me I look tired. Thanks dude, i just have bags under my eyes all the time. Its hereditary. Thank goodness we were only there for 1 night.

It’s a very good value. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was average. Each staff member was friendly. The guy that was manning the desk and breakfast area was doing his best. Looked like he could have used a helper. So much going on at once for one person. But had a smile doing it. I’d definitely stay there again.

Disgusting Room

Buyers on the wall, public hair all over the bathroom, window broken. Most disgusting room, did not sleep under the covers. Room was absolutely disgusting would never come back.

We were thoroughly disappointed in our stay. We have stayed at Quality Inn and Suites in the last and had much better luck. We noticed on our way in after check in that the halls and stairwells were very dirty. Our room once in had an odor. We pulled out the sofa bed and the sheets were visibly dirty. The blanket we took out of the drawer was shredded. Multiple holes. The room was not cleaned the next day. We came back at 6pm and it wasn't touched. The fire alarm went off around 3:00am. Evacuated no worker gave us direction at all. Seems a piece of toast was burning. We stripped the king bed upon leaving as we always do and the mattress pad was filthy. Just filthy!!! We had our fur baby with us which we were advised by phone that it was $10 a night. We were charged $40 for two nights. We will not go back.

We just did a quick over night here. Unfortunately there was a large group of teens/young adults staying that were extremely noisy all night. The staff did nothing to rectify this. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Being on the lower price end, you get what you pay for.
