Got to the room about 10:30 pm. The parking lot was full of people drinking and partying. Walked into the room and was slapped in the face with the smell of weed. For a hotel that has a policy for non smoking this isn’t good. Smoke detectors were double wrapped with plastics. At this point my stuff was in the room, not wanting extra charges and to get to sleep asap went and told front desk, the staff were high as hell. After trying to move me to another room and offering me all the chips in the little store (that I turned down). Just went to bed. Woke up and opened window to find the glass shattered on one of the outside windows. Breakfast was also not very good, kinda old and pancake Machine was down.

Had an issue with the heater in our room—it was running nonstop and the room was super hot when we entered. After trying, unsuccessfully, to adjust the temperature, I approached the front desk. The manager immediately offered to give us a different room! Great service!

Very quiet and clean. Was being remodeled I believe so making even more upgrades. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would stay here again.

It’s was a good stay for our first night, our second night we had someone keep knocking over n our door and then running away, did not appreciate with having kids sleeping at 11 pm. Then we had a guy knock on our door not wearing a tshirt, and just stood in front of our door. It was really uncomfortable especially having kids I involved.

No one present at check in desk. Remote wouldn’t work with tv. Heating system in room barely worked
