Modern and bright holiday home in nature with sea views

This property is located on a large plot of land overlooking the water. Few meters to lovely sandy beach. You will love my home because of the light, the modern decor, the high ceilings and the coziness.
The accommodation is located in the fantastic charming town of Ebeltoft, the frigate Jutland, the Glass Museum, near the Mols Bjerge National Park and only 30 min drive to Aarhus and only 20 min drive to Grenaa, the Kattegat center and Djurs Sommerland.
The perfect accommodation for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

The home is in a level with no door steps. very simple and modern decor. There is a loft in the living room where you can relax and enjoy the view of the water and you can look to Samsø and Helgenæs.
Relax in the hot tub or soak up the sun from the large terrace that surrounds the entire house.
There is a TV with every conceivable channel and free WiFi.

As guests of our house, you can access the entire house and make use of all the facilities. Soak up the sun on the terrace, relax in the hot tub, play ball on the ground or swim, surf, sail SUP just below the house by the perfect beach and shallow lagoon.

The key will be available from a key box if we do not have the opportunity to meet in person. In addition, we will leave you completely at peace during your stay, but it is possible to contact us by mail or telephone.

There is free WiFi throughout the house, free TV channels and free on-site parking.
It is not allowed to have pets with, nor to smoke in the house.
Likewise, we prefer not to use footwear inside.

It is a quiet and quiet neighborhood with few residents and otherwise a perfect holiday area close to nature and the beach. The area carries a lot of character for nature reasons.

A few meters from the house there is a beach which is perfect for walks and bathing. Or take the car or bike the few km to Ebeltoft.
It is also possible to take the bus from the Ebeltoft ferry port and to Ebeltoft, Grenå or Aarhus.
