Our house is perfect for a large family. Master upstairs and everyone else downstairs! Second living room downstairs for all the kids. Well stocked, well unfurnished, beds are super comfy!

Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2-story home nestled on the stunning shores of Lake Martin. Located just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like Chimney Rock and Goat Island, our lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully furnished space that has been thoughtfully updated to provide a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. The main level features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath.

The master suite, located on the main level, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Downstairs, you'll find a second living area w/ a 60” connected tv, ideal for the kids to have their own space to relax and play.

The remaining three bedrooms on the lower level offer a variety of sleeping arrangements. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with double beds, perfect for the little ones or extra guests. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, new plush mattresses and new fresh bedding as well as new towels for all bathrooms.

Our home's prime location on Lake Martin is a great place to escape. With a boat slip, as well as ample room for personal watercraft, you'll have easy access to the sparkling clear waters right from your doorstep. Feel free to bring your boat trailer, we provide convenient storage for it.

When you're ready to explore the area, take a short boat ride to nearby Kowaliga restaurant, Chucks, or The Landing, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and soak in the vibrant lake atmosphere.

For a change of scenery, just steps away from our home, you'll find a community pool where you can take a refreshing dip or simply lounge poolside and soak up the sun. our property is located in a wonderful neighborhood with great renters and residence.

Beautiful house right on the lake. The house is conveniently located to restaurants and retail stores but still maintains privacy. The house is decorated perfectly and has room for everyone. The large kitchen table was a favorite. The back porch is a great enjoyment place to sit and watch the lake, enjoy coffee, watch tv, read, or take a nap. The pool is very nice and right in the backyard. The host is very nice and will answer any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful home, location, amenities all perfect for a family vacation with adults and children. We rented a Pontoon boat and explored and swam everyday. The pool was an added bonus being right there to enjoy. The home's kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for our family who loves to cook. David the host was always very quick to respond to all questions I had before the trip. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation House

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Martin! The host was easy to work with and responded quickly. The house was clean and the pictures represented it well.The back porch/deck was a favorite place to be. I appreciate that it had baby gates so my youngest kids could not go down the stairs. We spent one afternoon at the floating dock. The neighborhood was nice and quiet giving our family plenty of space and freedom to use the common areas.We did rent a pontoon boat for a day and it was perfect. The marina is right around the corner by land or boat. Highly recommend renting and easy to pull into slip at the house to hop off for a break.We do recommend that the host makes a few upgrades including the hot water heater. I had to take a cold shower one night. We also recommend hooking the refrigerator up to a water line. It is inconvenient for a large family to refill ice trays.

Perfect space for extended family attending Auburn Graduation!

This property was super clean and well laid out for our extended family to stay during graduation weekend! We had two sets of grandparents and teenagers along with my husband and I and we all had plenty of space to relax and regroup between festivities. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the back deck! And the kids cozied up to watch their shows in the downstairs living space. David was a fantastic host, communicating early and often enough, and answering any questions we had. It was all very lovely!

Our family met here off season for a surprise 80th birthday and location was perfect since the birthday girl lives in the area. Everyone raved about how great it was and said how nice it would be to return in the summer and enjoy the lake and amenities.

Amazing vacation home for families

Excellent home with everything needed for a family to enjoy quality time together. Host was super helpful with providing details on the area to plan the weekend. We rented a pontoon which we kept at the private dock. It was very convenient and we left with a ton of happy memories. My son was on military weekend pass and kitchen gave me everything I needed to make him his favorite home cooked meals. We’ll be back for sure!

First and foremost the lake home was exactly like it was advertised! It was very very clean, that’s very important to me! The owner had it well stocked even though we brought everything, that was helpful if we had run out of something! Great location, lots of room, the pool was nice to have access to! Our friends had a cornhole tournament in the back yard! It was perfect in every way!

Yearly End of Summer Lake Trip

The house was fantastic it has every amenity you think you may need and then there is more. The kids room has queen size bunk beds so plenty of room for kiddos and space for adults was fantastic. The outdoor porch was where we spent the majority of our time in the mornings and evenings. The pool is a great way for the kiddos and adults to unwind after a long day on the boat exploring and having fun! There is plenty of parking space for your boat. My 16 year old brought his fishing boat as well and enjoyed his time fishing as well. The trailer parking made things really easy. The house is a 5-10 min boat ride to public launch and easy to find! Can’t wait to come Back!!

Felt like home

We absolutely loved our stay. It felt like home. Everything in the home is as pictured. We loved being able to put our boat in the water for the week and having the convenience of a dock. We specifically looked for a house with a dock, and it met our expectations. Check-in was the easiest VRBO or rental we've had so far. The host even let us know when the house was ready early. The host is excellent with any communication. All the linens are nice and make for a great night's sleep. The mattresses are comfortable (we have a Sleep Number bed, so this was a nice treat). Not one time during the week did we catch ourselves saying that we missed our bed. The host also gives you a map with nearby restaurants and marinas that was extremely helpful since it was our first time in the area. The neighbors are nice too. We will be back.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful Family trip! The host was great at responding to messages and answering any questions we had. The house is not far from restaurants and grocery stores. College friends wedding weekend

We had a such a fun visit to Lake Martin. The house was perfect for how many people we had, the pool was close and clean, and David, the host, was so responsive and communicative. The view of the lake was also a plus. If we were to ever find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay here!
