Great location on the water and the yard was an extra bonus! Shady and flat which was perfect for playing badminton, volleyball, and wiffle ball. Quiet cove for kayaking and paddle boarding. The large back porch was so inviting and comfortable as it had 2 large swings and enough chairs for the entire family as well as 3 fans. Our family traveled from Arkansas, Tennessee, and North Carolina and we made so many special memories together. The host communicated well before and during our stay.

Lake House with everything!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Sycamore Cove cabin!! Beautiful easy access with everything you could think of!! We enjoyed the outdoor porch area the most!!! The swing beds were so comfy!! Landscape was Beautiful!! Leigh & Doug are quick to answer any concerns you may have !! Kitchen fully equipped!! House layout is perfect!! We can’t wait to return!!

Best Time

We had the absolute best time during our stay at the lake over the July 4 holiday. The house was wonderful. They’ve done such a good job taking care of it. We enjoyed being at the end of the slough away from boat traffic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our families. House was spacious enough that no one felt on top of each other. We spent the majority of our time out on the covered porch. The ceiling fans above each of the swinging beds was a great touch that made things very comfortable. I don’t have any negative comments everything about the property was great.

Great Home for Family Vacations

We grew up as kids coming to Lake Martin and it was so much fun to revisit the lake 20 years later with kids of our own! The house was great and perfect for families with children. Beautiful lawn and spectacular view with plenty to do! Hope to visit again soon!

Great Times!

It was beautiful and relaxing. Huge shade trees for the heat-still could enjoy the great relaxing porch. 5 minute boat ride from the Marina that we were able to launch our own boat. The Dock had plenty room for our boat to stay 26 ft center console. Great home with great energy felt like home. We rent houses every year we will definitely be back to this one!

This house was so calm and peaceful. It is well appointment and the yard with the lake view is so nice. The kids loved playing games, the fire, fishing and swimming off the deck. It was perfect.
