This unique site sits on the Southern Edge of the Wolf Creek Golf Course, with a commanding view across the valley floor from Pineview Reservoir to Snowbasin and Nordic Valley. Located minutes from Powder Mountain, this four season destination offers something for every adventurous soul. It is a luxurious two level 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse with two fireplace, two patios and outdoor hot tub.
Our house can welcome up to 10 guests at a time. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Entry level has open space living/entertaining area with fireplace in the middle and a balcony with magnificent views of Huntsville, Pine View Lake and Eden area.
Our kitchen is equipped with:

- some spices (salt, pepper, cinnamon and sugar)
- crockpot (in the hidden cabinet by the wall on the other side of the counter)

Laundry room has washer and dryer and has entry from the hallway and garage. To accommodate our outdoorsy guests we placed two heavy duty tray mats for muddy shoes outside in the garage. There is also a boot/shoe dryer available if needed. Powder room for all to use is located near the front door.
Master Bedroom Suite has king size bed, smart TV and gorgeous views. Bathroom has a bathtub in addition to separate standing shower and heated floors.
Downstairs we have a second living area that is equipped with wet bar, sitting area with fireplace, three more bedrooms and a theater room.
Second Master Suite bedroom has king size bed, smart TV and bathroom with standing shower.
Third bedroom has queen size bed and magnificent views of the area.
Fourth bedroom is the bunkbeds room. There are two twin XL size bunkbeds that can sleep up to 4 people. This is the darkest room in our place.
Bathroom down the hallway is suited for guests staying in queen bedroom and bunkbeds bedroom.
Theater room is very spacious. It has smart TV, big sectional couch, game table and board games that are located in the theater closet.
All three sitting areas have throw blankets to accommodate your comfortable stay. Towels and hairdryers are in every bathroom.
Downstairs living/entertainment area has access to our back patio that has hot tub, chairs and grill.
*** ONLY PLASTIC GLASSWARE SHOULD BE USED OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE***
The towels for hot tub are in the living room. Grill tools and utensils are inside the wet bar drawers.
*** The doors for balcony and patio downstairs area can be locked by lifting the door handle up. Lift up the handle and then turn the door lock. ***
