Newly arrived pit style oversized sofa in the movie room. New art is on the way. Arcade style game, with over 4,500 games to choose from! There are new large smart TVs throughout the home and new 85 inch TV in theater room with guest access to Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN! In the garage is a multi-pair boot dryer, a ski/snowboard rack, a hitch bucket "Chuck It" rack to use, and custom snowboard benches (benches made from snowboards).

All these modern conveniences just in time for your ski trip to Powder Mountain and Snowbasin! Each resort offers a unique and exciting ski and snowboard experience. Make sure to purchase lift tickets online in advance. Powder offers lower prices the earlier you purchase and they may sell out. Night skiing is just $19 and sells out often. Visitors in February who want to ski weekends will need to purchase a full Season's Pass, no day tickets will be offered on the weekends in February at Powder. Snowbasin also offers advance purchase discounts.

During the summer, enjoy easy access to walking/hiking trails from your front door and the community swimming pool. Your private hot tub offers sweeping views of BeUTAHful Ogden Valley including Nordic Valley Ski Resort, Snowbasin and North Fork Park. Pineview Reservoir is just minutes away. Rent motorized and human powered toys from Club Rec North and rent bikes from Diamond Peak Sports Shop.

Main Floor Bedroom 2- Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with large jetted tub separate shower and double sinks, large window, and large closet.
Another full bathroom is in hallway for general household use with shower/tub combo.

Downstairs Bedroom 4- Queen bed, Desk, regular closet. second Full Bathroom located in hallway which has large jetted tub, separate shower, and dressing/ changing table.

Living room with TV and table with seating for 4 and a closet full of board games, January 2026 added several new board games and pickleball paddles and balls to enjoy the community court close by
Upstairs bedroom 5- Large family style bunkroom, 2 sets of bunk beds with full beds below and twins above. separate full size bed. sitting area with a coffee table and 2 closets. The Bathroom is in the hallway with double sinks, walk in shower, and separate private toilet.

Access provided to Trapper's Ridge Clubhouse amenities, including summertime swimming pool, extra-large outdoor hot tub, indoor gym, and gathering area. Guests are limited to 8 at the community hot tub and pool, green wrist bands provided
Kitchen supplies: spices, new pans, 2 Coffee makers with drip and Keurig, toaster, a crock-pot, electric griddle, air fryer. Dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and paper towels included. All utensils needed for a large group
Free Wifi- 5G, new smart TVs
Crib, pack and play in closet, children's books and toys.
Laundry supplies: detergent and cleaning supplies.
Bathrooms: Shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, linens and towels, hair dryers, toilet paper, hot tub/pool towels.
