Ideal Edgartown Village Location-Walk to Town/Bike to Beach

This well-maintained, sun filled 3 bedroom ranch has new hardwood floors, windows, trim, living room, sunroom, bedroom and dining furniture. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a 5 minute walk to the many fine restaurants and shops of Edgartown Village. Or, hop on the bike path that is located at the end of the street for a pleasant bike ride to South or State Beach. The Vineyard Transit Authority is also accessible at this location. Don't feel like driving? No problem. The supermarket, meat market, and fish market are within walking distance as well.

This family-friendly home offers an open floor plan and a bedroom configuration that can easily accommodate a shared rental. The living room features a large sectional sofa and an additional full sofa with a 50" Roku TV that can easily accommodate all guests. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and French doors open to a bright sunroom with a cathedral ceiling, pickled pine woodwork and a newly tiled floor. A recently installed sliding glass door makes for an easy transition to the outdoor deck for grilling or relaxation. The sunroom is also equipped with a Roku TV and offers an alternate space for socializing.
Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the back patio at the fire dining table or an outdoor shower following a day at the beach in the private backyard.

July 4th on Martha's Vineyard

My friends and I enjoyed a great stay on Martha's Vineyard for the 4th of July week. The house was in a great, quiet location. It was super convenient to be able to walk into Edgartown, and the grocery store was even closer. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was super responsive when we had a question about the TV and gave us a great recommendation on where to dine (Nomans).

Clean and nicely located.

This is a very nice property that is perfect for the small to medium sized family. We had 5 adults and two children in the house and were very happy. The house is laid out so that the family could spread out and have some space when desired. The back yard is a good size which allowed us to play assorted games with the kids. A short walk down the street is the closest ice cream shop and that says it all. State beach is 5 min away so everyone is happy.

Terrific quiet location, close to everything.

Close to Edgartown, easy walk. Nice to go off season when other beaches on the Vineyard are accessible, even with a dog. Would return here without a doubt.

Cozy, clean and a easy walk to town

As a former Edgartown home owner we really enjoyed staying at this home! Our 4.5 yr old walked to and from town every day and loves every second of it. The house was very cozy and we would happily rent the house again!

A Must Stay - Wonderful Location & Home

From booking this reservation to leaving for check out, I had a flawless experience with both the owner and the home. The house is in a great location in Edgartown and the house is newly renovated and clean. The furniture fits perfectly inside the home (it's not too overcrowded). This home has everything you want in a vacation stay - several relaxing seating areas both inside and outside, fully stocked kitchen, working appliances, spacious and well lit, the internet is fast, the A/C and heat work very well, and the owner is a delight to work with. I would 100% recommend this home and this owner for your next vacation to the vineyard! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and unforgettable experience!

Fantastic location

My husband and I booked a last-minute trip to MV. David responded very quickly to our inquiry and any follow up questions, both before our trip and upon arrival. He was incredibly helpful and informative. The house is great for 4-6 people, nice-sized living room with comfortable couch. Very close to town, which was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice stay at this property. With 2 kids under 10, the walk into Edgartown proper is just under 15 minutes. There was a heavy storm while we were there and the basement took in some water. The property owner was quick to respond when I notified him.

Perfect spot for family vacation

This rental was perfect from for our family vacation. The location was ideal- quick walk into town for dinner, ice cream, and exploring. The open layout & large porch area was a great set up for kids. There were 2 outdoor seating areas, including a gas fire pit. The outdoor shower was a bonus for post-beach.

Visiting family on the Vineyard

Property worked well for our purposes -- celebrating a birthday with close and extended family who live in multiple locations on MV. 3 BR house in Edgartown with plenty of beds, well equipped kitchen and outdoor gathering areas, yard with room for kids to run around and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Host was easy to reach before and during our stay. I will definitely check to see if it's available the next time we travel that way.

The location was great, and David the owner was very nice. Cozy place. Nice deck, deck furniture and eat-in kitchen. Ranch style house is one level living. Pet friendly! We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely come back.
