Discover this spacious and newly refurbished home on a quiet, charming road in Katama! Enjoy this very desirable location in truly welcoming family home!

Lovely Cape off Herring Creek in Katama with ample room for the entire family. Beautifully appointed with multiple living areas and a spacious master en-suite with a separate entrance. Recently updated, the home offers a kitchen with granite counters, warm wood floors throughout, designer colours and custom window treatments. The open living area includes a formal dining room, kitchen and great room that creates the perfect setting for family gatherings. Great room boasts a 60 inch flat screen television, while the basement family room has a 55 inch flat screen television and ping pong table.

The master suite is private and spacious! With an en suite bathroom, king size bed, separate entrance, air conditioning and ceiling fan, this suite provides the renter with a level of comfort not to be missed!

The two additional bedrooms on the first floor boast queen beds in each room, large closets, new dressers and area rugs over beautiful hardwood floors. Window air conditioners provide relief on warm evenings.

The two large upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. Spacious closets and plenty of space for children to spread out and have a place of their own! Window air conditioners will help keep the temperatures comfortable. These two bedrooms share a large full bathroom with lots of storage space, full tub and granite counter tops.

The bonus family room in the basement has a 55 inch television, DVD player and a beautiful sectional couch and chair for additional TV viewing! The ping pong table adds to the feeling that this room is perfect for the kids!

The large exterior rear deck offers ample room for outdoor barbecues and lounging. The fully fenced in yard is perfect for keeping an eye on toddlers. Large outdoor shower is located off the rear deck area. Rocking chair front porch adds a charming touch!

Easily accessible to both the Village and South Beach via bike paths, the home offers many alternatives to using a vehicle to enjoy the island’s offerings. Just over a mile to either Main Street in Edgartown or South Beach.

Just Right

This house is lovely, comfortable, clean, spacious and offers fun and relaxing amenities inside and out. It is in a perfect location between Edgartown and South Beach with bike path at the end of the block. It was perfect for our week with 2 teenage boys.

Great Location - Needs a Bit of a Refresh

Great location with easy access to South Beach and Edgartown; house was clean and as spacious as advertised; big outdoor deck with plenty of seating; outdoor shower is big with great water pressure; there are 4 working adult bikes (not 5) and a small kids' bike - the bikes are in terrible shape and need some routine maintenance; ping pong table in basement does not line up properly so the table is concave making games a little strange; washer and dryer work great; asphalt on outdoor basketball court needs to be replaced; there is no firepit out back if you are wondering - just some sort of concrete cover with bricks placed on it; owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with although check-in time was moved two hours to 4pm after I had rented the property. Bottom line: Terrific location (7 min bike to beach or to town) but at this rental price point, it's time to spend a little money refreshing the property.

Fantastic family getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home that was perfectly located between historic Edgartown and South Beach. The outdoor shower was fabulous. The lawn was beautiful and spacious - perfect for games of bocce and cornhole that were provided courtesy of the owners. We enjoyed many hours on the front porch and many meals on the back deck with its multiple tables, chairs and grill. Would highly recommend

Perfect!!!

I can’t say enough about this property! It is very clean and organized. Kitchen is well stocked. There is enough room for a large family or several couples. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch in the rockers and also the back deck. Beds were comfy. Kathleen was very quick to answer any questions. There are bikes available to use and several in our party took advantage of them to ride to the beach which is right down the road. There is even an outside shower which would be awesome in the summer after a day at the beach. We used Uber several times and they were at the house within 5 or 6 minutes. Hoping our group can make a reunion trip so we can stay here again!!
