Perfect Edinburgh base for this family of 4 adults. Great location and great to have a small kitchen for breakfast. Lovely view from our room and walking to transport and local sites.

Wonderful location

Fantastic space. I chose a compact room with a kitchen. Eventually I realized the microwave that an oven feature too so I was able to cook a quiche in it I purchased not far from the hotel. There were zero issues with my scent allergy… everything was fantastic. They even disconnected the laundry soap dispenser so I could use my scent free detergent. The staff were exceptionally kind The location is safe, very convenient and has tons of shops, attractions and restaurants and bars around it. I felt very safe and well taken care of at this beautiful hotel and I will definitely be back.

The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is handy for making a breakfast. The staff is very good and helpful.Close to the train station. Very walkable several museums are nearby.

Lovely and modern aparthotel in a great location with easy access to shops, train station and main attractions. Rooms are a good siz. Kitchen is small but had all the amenities we needed for a few days. Friendly staff. Would stay again!

Quiet location along the Royal Mile making it easy to walk to Holy Rood Palace and Edinburgh Castle. Property is clean though could use some paint touch ups. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was absolutely terrific. Every one. They were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond. The room was well set up. The location was very convenient to the sites we really wanted to visit in Edinburgh and to Waverly Station, which gave us the opportunity to go further afield. Loudons was just around the corner and we had an excellent breakfast there every morning of our stay. The staff there was just as wonderful as the food was.

The adagio was near just about everything. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was clean. I appreciated that there was a refrigerator in my room. It was nice to be able to keep bottles of water cold. Highly recommend this hotel.
