Not a 4-star hotel

This hotel shouldn't be advertised as 4-star hotel. Although it is not a bad hotel, the rooms and the building are a bit old, the breakfast options are basic, the bathtub in our room leaked water, the furniture in the common areas are worn and stained.

The location was amazing for walking the city. Staff were prompt and friendly. The room was clean and nice. So worth the high cost for a room with a view of the castle !
