Would if liked a diwnstairs bedroom for my husband as he really strugglwd to walk up the stairs but not sure if there were any downstairs apart from that all good

Short stay in Edinburgh
The accommodation was lovely and clean and we were made to feel welcome by the owner. This is a lovely and convenient place to stay for a visit to Edinburgh. The choice for breakfast from croissants to full cooked and made to order. Would recommend and return if visiting Edinburgh again

I had a lovely stay at Appin house. The landlord is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about Edinburgh. The room and the facilities were very clean and breakfast very filling and delicious . Highly recommend this place.

Jim, our host, was very attentive and looked after everyone with ease. Thanks Jim. Great location also. Close enough to the city and all the tourist spots in Edinburgh, and yet distant enough to be quiet and secluded.

Absolutely lovely, really friendly and everything was great. The breakfast was brilliant and pafking was right outside the house. Not far into the city and a really safe place to walk into the city and was beautiful.
