Our stay made our visit to Edinburgh all that more special and relaxing. Having the pool sauna and jacuzzi free to use in the evening was perfect after our long days sightseeing. The staff at the hotel and spa were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at breakfast and dinner and the place felt welcoming and safe. The room was perfect for us and room service was great. Big tv was unreal for Netflix or YouTube too.

The hotel staff while ordering food from the room (room service) were very rude and were advising me not to call on the phone and get down to the restaurant to order. I did expect better service from such a reputed organisation like Holiday Inn. However the room was tidy, but sorry you have lost a loyal customer. May your employees treat us better in the future.
