Overall stay was fine. The only thing that was annoying was when we had gone out for the day, even after putting the sign up for our room to be cleaned, no one came to clean it, which meant we didn't have clean coffee cups or a clean bathroom to come too. That was disappointing. The restaurant food was alright. Bar staff looked like headless chicken running around serving guests. The women's swimming pool changing room was too cold to get changed in.

Staff were polite. Free parking to 10 am was an major factor in booking. Beds comfortable. Bath chipped in several places. Toilet waste appeared to leak and it was rather dirty behind the toilet. The pvc tilt and turn windows badly need routine maintenance - lubrication and adjustment of the locks. All door frames into the rooms were bashed and scraped. A little maintenance and attention to detail in the cleaning could making it great
