Lovely renovated private room minutes from the Meadows

Private room in a newly refurbished apartment. All fixtures and fittings were added in July 2019. This place is a holiday let, only for the Festival month in Edinburgh 2019. Wonderful group of other residents staying to attend and perform at the Festival. The location is excellent. Supermarket is a few doors down as are restaurants and the Commonwealth Swimming pool. Fringe venue Summerhall and the Meadows are 1 min away.

This is ample space for one, at a push could accommodate two as it is a lovely small double/large single bed. Whilst there are other people staying in private rooms in the split level apartment, there is no 'host' but there will be chance to interact with other guests staying many of them know the local area and the festival well and able to advise you if you have questions. Otherwise, your host is a phone call/text away and you will be free to come and go as you please.
