Room was v hot. Temperature control didn’t work. Elevator was a nightmare as only 1 lift which seemed to be permanently busy with the cleaning crew moving towels and cleaning materials through the building

Great Location

Excellent location for doing many tourist things in Edinburgh. The sound of announcements from the train station we initially a bit put offing but they ceased after 8 in the evening and didn’t start till 7 in the morning. The heating system was a bit of a struggle for a North Anerican but the front of house folk walked me throgh it.

The studio was exactly as shown on the website. I was on level -3 Room1. Normal wear on the unit. But nothing to complain about. The one thing to note is to climb into the bathtub, the wall is much higher than average. Daily housekeeping, toiletries, coffee,tea,milk etc was provided. Should be noted that there is no safe in the room.
