Spacious, bright and quiet 2-bedroom flat in historic Leith

A fully renovated, bright and spacious two-bedroomed flat. The perfect base for a business or tourist trip to the beautiful and historic Edinburgh.

The apartment is a short stroll from key transport links for hassle-free travel across Scotland's beautiful capital city, including to the city's popular tourist attractions.

The first floor flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in historic Leith, and has a recently-renovated kitchen and bathroom complete with modern appliances, as well as a spacious living room to where you can comfortably relax and unwind after a day of business or site-seeing.

The neighbourhood is residential, and a real community, so I am only doing week or longer booking to help to preserve that.

As you can see from the photographs, the flat is largely clutter-free. It has views of the shared garden and has windows on three sides with outlook to trees, squirrels and grass from each one.

The bedrooms have a king size bed and double bed. The modern bathroom has a bath and shower. There is hot water on demand and heating in every room.

There is high speed internet, of course, as well as a smart TV where you can log into your amazon or Netflix accounts.

Guest access. The apartment will be entirely yours. It has a lockbox and ring doorbell for extra peace of mind. It has stairs to access the apartment, and is not suitable for babies or young children.

Due to local regulations, you cannot have unregistered guests between 10pm and 8am, beyond the 4 persons allowed under the licence and agreement.

I am happy to accommodate an early check in or checkout, where possible. Please let me know at time of booking. The closer to the check-in date, the more difficult this becomes to do. Please do not bring bicycles into the apartment, I can send you details of council lock ups.

The cleaner will remove all rubbish at the end of your stay, the bin has a section for general rubbish and another for recycling. If you need to use the bins they are the ones outside the small living room window, door 3 or 4.
