I would still stay there

I love the staycity branch. I did not like that they didnt have Air conditioning in Edinburgh. It gets hot in a crowded room and the fans did not help. The staff was helpful. They were all amazing. After staying in Dublin at a higher end Staycity, this was a bit of a let down. Dublin had breakfast, and a bar that closed at midnight. In Edinburgh you are on your own. This is not a wheelchair safe space. The shower for handicapped is outdated. If tou can't walk, tou can't shower. Overall I loved my room, but it was not a good fit for my family.

I’d come back!!

Great place to stay seems a little out the way to start but there’s absolutely everything within walking distance and it’s very close by once you get your bearings! I would definitely stay here again.

Location is good. You can walk to many of the city's sites within 10-15 min. The space was nice and the kitchen had everything you one would need. However, we paid for the cleaning service, but it seemed to only include bed making and towel service.

Well, there are no stoppers on the doors. Once you open the door it closes and it makes a very loud sound ,so if someone goes to use the restroom at night, the other people lose their sleep .I paid close to $500 for this room there were only two sets of towels. I had to go down to get more towels. I have stayed in stay city hotels in London Heidelberg. This stay was the worst.The staff was not obnoxious, but not friendly either. I made the reservation and my flight was canceled. I asked for the refund they refused to pay me citing some hotel policy. I have not seen anyone in any industry that swallows your money and do not provide the services. It’s like the surgeon charging you for gallbladder removal and does not remove the gallbladder. Something needs to be done about this horrible business practice the grand theft of these companies. people trying to accumulate money by stealing lying and cheating, and there is no control over this industry.
