Good points: - clean - quiet and dark at night - comfortable - bath in room - hot tub was good Bad points -Pool was closed for maintenance which isn't mentioned on booking and the reason we chose this hotel over better placed ones. -The cups in the room are tiny, like espresso cups so not useful if you drink tea. -We put a sign on the door as instructed, for having our room tidied, came back at night and wasn't tidied.

The hotel was very clean and the room was fantastic. The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel is a little far from downtown but right next to a bus stop.

We had a great stay. The property is quite a walk out of Edinburgh centre but we enjoyed the walk and Ubers didn’t cost much to get you there.
