We did a 2 night city getaway and really enjoyed this hotel. It was very cean, comfortable and situation in a great location with easy walking access to the main tram stop and city centre. Highly recommended

Excellent location, the staff was great. The rooms are very small. Very busy with all the bus tours.
Staff is helpful and do store your luggage if you happen to come in early. Rooms are pretty small but clean and well maintained. Amenities are almost nothing but for a solo traveller, what else we need.
Neat and clean property. No tea and coffee facilities in the room but available in the bar for free. Breakfast was good with hot food, fruit, cereals, yogurt, croissants, toast etc.
We arrived and the they gave us two handicapped rooms. They told us it’s all they had available and my father in law ended up asking for another room because the toilet was too low for him to use. The eventually changed us to a king suite but they lied about the handicapped rooms being the only ones available especially when we’ve had this booked for a few months. It wasn’t super clean but it wasn’t too dirty. It just felt like a hotel for young kids. The parking is also far but the rooms were nice and had AC

Great hotel. I hope it’s not a recurring situation but I found it really annoying that we accept to opt out of cleaning services in order to have a coupon for food services and then there’s not enough employee to offer the food in question on the one night the coupon is usable...
The rooms are small and ultra modern. They are clean and have everything you need. Honestly, it was a little tight for two people, but it would be perfect for a single. You could hear people in the hall, but it got quite around 9 pm.
Pro: This hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are nice a large and the beds and sofa beds are wonderful. It's very clean.
Con: Privacy is non-existent to others in the room. The shower and toilet open into the room! If it's a couple, okay, but if you are sharing with grandchildren, not so much. No night tables.
Pay disappointed in the Made service as they never did our room and when we showed up in the evening, our used towels were still on the floor, not replaced. We went to the front desk. They tried to hand us off the towels, and we told them we needed Kleenex as well. They wanted us to grab it and bring up our self. We asked them to bring it to our room, please. When we showed up, they still didn’t take the dirty towels off the floor in the room.
Also, I thought it was quite rude that you would not extend an hour or two for a later check out on a weekday. A charge for a late chart checkout is not reasonable at a room for 300 a night.
When we arrived for breakfast, most of the three mornings, we had a shortage of food items
There were no coffee cups only paper
I don’t believe your hotel should be rated as a four-star hotel either
Efficient check in, clean well designed large room with nice touches like ironing board and hair dryer. Free coffee machines in lobby a great touch. And a top location near the centre. No parking close by but not the fault of the hotel.

The building used to be student housing . . . so the room I stay was so small and no space to sit around . . . I have to go downstairs hall way near reception area to sit and work on my computer.
