Found the check in staff to be rude and not interested in greeting us the room was as expected however due to being near the lift woken up several times with the door being slammed shut which was just outside our room

Shame no kettle in the room.
Posted Jan. 28, 2024 on HotelsMy only criticism is the lack of a kettle in the room. There was free tea/coffee in reception but this didn’t compensate for lack of facilities in the room. The ironing board/iron was surplus to requirements and here’s hoping Yotel swop these for tea making provisions!
