Four bedrooms, 2 baths of oceanfront heaven with direct beach access! Relax on our beautiful covered porch which sprawls across the entire oceanfront of our home; a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise will make you feel like a different person.

This is not the beach houses of the past; we have hardwood floors through out our home; granite countertop kitchen perfect for preparing that Frogmore Stew! British Colonial interior furnishings, hot and cold shower as you exit your beach excursion.

We sleep 12 so bring your family and friends; with covered parking for six cars it makes it easy!

TWO master bedrooms make this a perfect home for two families to share; with a private entrance on both of them which opens onto the covered porch with private direct beach/ocean views. Slip out and enjoy a stroll on the beach under the moonlight over the ocean.

Edisto is a beach for your family to enjoy each other; no traffic lights, no high rises; a beach where everybody knows your name.

Please see our information for purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance which we STRONGLY suggest everyone purchase. We can send you the link to that and on our website is our cancellation policy which you can view after booking. We cannot give you that information before hand since you are found us on VRBO as they block out any kind of link in the listings and we do not have access to your contact information until after you complete your booking.

During the Reservation Process you are given the option to download and view your Reservation Agreement. Please do so and read carefully before booking. By continuing to book and pay you are agreeing to your Reservation Agreement.

PET FRIENDLY BUT ONLY FOR DOGS! Pet fee is per dog, max of 3 depending upon breed.

TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEEKLY RATES YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE SUNDAY - SUNDAY!!! IF THAT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU THEN WE WILL ACCOMMODATE YOU AT THE NIGHTLY RATE IF WE POSSIBLY CAN. Rates quoted in the seasonal rate section are the base rates charged for that corresponding season. We reserve the right to change the rates at any time before you book your stay. Rates quoted do not include cleaning fee, SC accommodations taxes, pet fees (if any) or insurance waiver. Your total cost of your vacation at the beach is calculated for you when you go to book your vacation and before you pay. Pets are considered based upon breed, size, etc. Non-refundable pet fee is per dog, and dogs only. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid your deposit and sent back your signed Reservation Agreement. Quotes are only good for 1 day! Dogs only and the pet fee is per dog.
If you are concerned with a possible evacuation event then you must purchase Vacation Rent Insurance!!!!
