Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful location. The back deck is right on the beach. We so enjoyed sitting there listening and watching the waves. The cottage was well equipped especially the kitchen. The cottage is worn in some areas and needs some TLC.

Great location / walk to restaurants and the pavillion

This was our 2nd year at this house. You simply can not beat the price for this location. Sunrises from the deck are AMAZING!!! The kitchen/living/dining is open and filled with window to take in the ocean view from every room. We definitely recommend this house. Parking underneath the house on the concrete pad is not advisable without an SUV or truck. You’ll bottom out you car and may cause expensive damage. You’d be better off parking on the street.

The home needed to be cleaned better. One if the sheets had a little bit of blood on it(pencil eraser size). Both beds were extremely hard. We slept on the two sofas for the entirety of our stay. All amenities were fine. Location was perfect.

Listing is accurate. House was clean and comfortable. Deck looks at the ocean with plenty of space to relax. Deck has gates which kept puppies safe. Ocean a few steps from the house. Perfect for beach walks, shell and sand dollar hunting (found plenty). Shore fishing was fun. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation

Beautiful location for anniversary!

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Corrigan and couldn’t have asked for a better place! Lots of space and the view from the ocean deck was breathtaking. Everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend this house for small family gatherings or vacations.

A wonderfully perfect week

This is our second stay at this most perfect beach house and we loved every minute. The house is as advertised and we loved the improvements made since last year, updated furniture and paint job (would love to see an awning to shade the porch during the day). The weather was perfect all week. Lazy days and cool nights. We were actually ‘riding waves’ when a school of dolphins swam by us ~ 20 feet away. A perfect week to unplug and recharge. This year we took a quick trip to Charleston and Angel Oak. Family friendly, pet friendly beach and highly recommend. Thank you for opening your home, we hope to come back next year.

Wonder Beachfront Property however not 100% pet friendly

I would highly recommend the owners install deck gates at each stairway. We barricaded both stairs which worked great until a strong evening storm with 40mph winds comprised the barricade. Our dog escaped the next morning resulting in a very unfortunate ending. Our relatives were staying 6 doors up from us and they had gates at every stairs. Most others had them as well. Other than that it’s a very nice place.

The Shivers

The rental was was exactly as described in reviews, a little dated but very clean & convenient to restaurants,grocery store & gift shops.I went for the beach & could not have gotten anything any closer to the beach. It’s literally right out your door & you can hear the waves crashing while drifting off to sleep, ❀ this place!!!
