This hotel was quite rundown and the pool was completely out of order. That being said they upgraded our room for our kids. The staff was very accommodating which we appreciated and the location was amazing. Could be a little cleaner and the breakfast was terrible.

We have stayed there three times now(for two nights each time) but I found it weird that they didn’t make up our room after night one. We asked at the front desk and the staff there said they don’t normally make up a room if a paying customer is only staying for a night or two. I found this to be strange.

Room was a hot tub room.
It’s seen better days.
But, exactly what you expect for the ghetto.
The hotel staff is lovely.
All of them.
I considered staying for another week through the holidays.
Which would cost around 1200
When it came time to do so.
I made a decision to book elsewhere due to the nasty day bartender smoking indoors and just in general wandering around with a nasty attitude bragging to people who don’t care how she’s single handidly saving the business.
There’s a menu but, they won’t serve food without complaining.
Cheaper to go to Mexico for a week.
And, much less drama.
