Nice apartment with great porch

I stayed for a week to attend a conference at the convention center. The apartment was in a perfect location for that. It was also very comfortable and, most importantly, had an amazing porch that is very large and private. Looking down on the river valley from the 17th floor porch is really a great experience, and I spent many hours out there. From this apartment it is a 10-15 min walk to the main street that goes through downtown. If you walk down into the river basin there are miles of trails along the river. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Home Away From Home!

It started out great from the get go with easy communication with the owners. They were very friendly and cared enough to check in with us during our trip to see how the event was going that we were attending. The description of the condo was accurate, the bed was quite comfy, the condo was quiet for a good quality sleep, and it had an amazing patio. We didn’t get to try out the pool in the building, but we heard from friendly residents that it was quite nice. Secure underground parking and in a great location for us to get to the Kinsmen Centre. The elevator was very quick and the building seemed secure. We will book it again if we head to Edmonton in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location near downtown

We visited our adult children for a week and stayed at this location. We found it to be clean and very functional. Excellent deck to sit on during the warm nights. It is on hill, so be prepared to walk uphill to reach downtown. But overall, very enjoyable

Steve was an excellent host. Property is located in an older building on the edge of downtown but is well maintained on the inside. The suite is updated and quiet. Cute patio to enjoy your morning coffee. Was perfect for my friend and I to stay in for a trip in from Calgary and was conveniently located to where we needed to go. Would definitely stay near again.

Great spot for central Edmonton....

Easy to walk into the river valley, but walking up to Jasper would be a tough go for many. I suggest Uber or similar. Great size for one or two people, and the deck is a wonderful spot to chill, grill or just hang out. Comfortable furniture in living room and nicely set up dining area and all the kitchen items you may need. BBQ outside as well for grilling. My only item I would prefer updated is the bed, far too soft and too small. Outside this, the space worked perfectly for us and I will book again for work and similar personal trips to Edmonton as it a great base to work and travel from.

Great space

A lovely room in downtown Edmonton. The city has shut down the main walking path up to 100th but there is a quick walk behind the building instead. Gym was small but all you needed, the pool was fantastic really enjoyed it. The apartment itself is spacious with a fantastic patio, highly recommended.

Better than a hotel!

Having some outside space in an apartment was wonderful! Steve set up the place with excellent amenities and lots of little things to make life easier. The apartment was a bit on the hot side when we arrived, but Steve had fans in each room and a portable A/C in the living room. Our only challenge was some plumbing issues. But Steve dealt with it promptly and the plumbing issues were resolved after our 1st night at the property. It caused a bit of extra hassle, but it was not something that could have been handled any better than it was. I would have no hesitation staying here again. Thanks!

It is in a great location and comes with a secure parking spot. The place was clean and roomy, the kitchen was stocked with essentials and there’s BBQ on the large balcony. Building amenities are great although the pool was closed due to heat during half of our stay. Wish the tv comes with more channels or Netflix. Overall, we had a really wonderful stay here and Steve’s an amazing host.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at Steve’s condo downtown, it’s in a great location near the river valley. Met up with some friends to see a Riverhawks ball game and was able to walk from this location. Pool and balcony are awesome!! I will stay again for sure!!

Wonderful Stay (Again!)

This was my second time staying in Steve's excellent apartment. There are so many features that were great but the two that are "above and beyond" are the amazing extra large balcony (with BBQ and fantastic views); and the well stocked kitchen (full rack of spices and so much more). I would highly recommend this apartment and I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Edmonton.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay for our Edmonton trip. I wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities, but it was a short and busy trip. Steve was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We’d stay here again for our next trip and promise not to bug you to come meet us after check out!

Awesome pool hot tub and pool table. Great location close to downtown and Ice district. Awesome patio and apartment had everything we needed. Owner made check in very easy and flexible. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us for a weekend stay. Very comfortable and well stocked . The kitchen is smallish but it had everything you need to make meals and the dishwasher is a plus . Nice sized living room and large balcony are great places to relax.We were walking distance to most of the restaurants and bars downtown .The price was the same as any plain hotel room with much more to offer. We would definitely stay again on a future trip to Edmonton.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great Downtown condo. Steve welcomed us and took time to showed us around the condo building and the, great pool, hot tub and gym. Really convenient location and nice condo. Would stay there again.

Great river valley location

This property is exactly as promised. Great downtown location, lots of space, very clean. Too clean in our case, as the aerosol spray that was used before we checked in was far too much and only began to dissipate when it was time to leave. We did our best to air the pillows and blankets outside as this did affect our sleep. The building is very quiet, great that parking is included. We would stay again, but ask them to not use so much spray and would clarify the best check in time in advance of our next visit, as we showed up early and the keys arrived late. We should have used that time better so we would take that communications task onto ourselves to confirm.
