This mid-century styled condo is just across the road from Commonwealth Stadium and next to a main LRT train station for quick and easy access into downtown and other areas.

The space
Situated in an older three story residential building. The apartment is decorated in a mid-century style but also with a comfy bed and furniture to make you feel right at home. Also stocked in the apartment is a coffee maker with coffee, tea(different flavours), salt, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, etc. Ideal for those staying for several days and would prefer to save some money on a couple of meals.

When the weather is more fair, the balcony offers a nice view and space to relax. It has a grill, table, and two chairs.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment apart from a supply closet in the hallway and one closet in the bedroom.
Other things to note
• From November 15 - December 15th the apartment building will have monitor insect traps placed in the hallways on every floor for annual building inspection.
