Our home also has 2 full sparkling clean washrooms with complimentary soap, shampoo, body wash, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a charge of $25ea or $40(for both) with prior approval to accommodate extra staff.

You have full and total access of the home during your stay including the private outdoor parking stall. There is keyless entry to the home; a code will be provided to you after you book with us. We do not live on site, but are a quick message or phone call away!

While we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, if there is something missing, simply reach out and let us know. Our home has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the evening, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying about keys during your stay.

The Southfork area is a vibrant neighborhood offering numerous highlights. It features a prime location with easy access to amenities such as grocery stores and highway access to Red Deer, Calgary and the Edmonton Airport. Residents of the area can enjoy well-maintained parks, playgrounds, and walking trails, perfect for outdoor activities and leisure.

Leduc is well-connected to the rest of Edmonton via major roadways such as the QE2. The neighbourhood also has several bus routes that provide convenient access to other parts of the city. Additionally, there are nearby shuttle services making it easy to travel to other parts of the city.

Whether you have your own transportation, are renting a car during your stay, need to access public transit, or want to call an Uber/taxi, Leduc provides access to anything you need to get you to where to where you need to go.

✦ Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $250 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
