You'll be just 100 yards from an Arrowhead ski lift at this fully loaded, ski-in/out condo in Edwards! This spacious retreat offers grand, vaulted ceilings and large windows that capture the mountain essence in every season. You'll enjoy two furnished balconies in the summer and fall, an easy walk (or ski) to the slopes in winter, and a perfectly central location with access to a shared outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts! ( Pool/Hot Tub is closed from 9/22-11/28)

This condo is located in the heart of Arrowhead, 100 yards north of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Don't feel like cooking? A variety of restaurants, bars, and breweries are scattered across the immediate area. In addition to the slopes of Arrowhead, you'll find skiing and snowboarding for every skill level a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (three miles east) and at Beaver Creek (five miles east) and Vail (14 miles east). Hiking, river sports, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location, Nice Condo

Straight shot to Arrowbahn lift of 100 yards. Nice condo but it is showing its age. Floor in main hallway needs repair due to buckling and a tripping hazard. Also, no extra toilet paper is supplied so you may want to bring some extra as it is not included.

Beautiful home and location

Our family booked this home for a soccer tournament in Edwards. The location was great, as was the layout. We were disappointed to learn that the pool and hot tub were completely closed for what looked like the winter season. There were also some cleaning oversights, but Angie, the manager, was amazingly responsive and went out of her way to resolve the situationn.

We had three generations staying at the property and it was absolutely perfect! Check-in was a little slow as we were provided the wrong code but once we accessed the unit it was everything we needed

Great condo bad timing

The condo was perfect. Pool was open despite what ad says. Garage and ski storage locker great. But Beaver Creek closed this half of mountain the day before we arrived which evidently was known to happen 2 months prior to arrival and one month prior to our reservation. I didn't see it listed on Beaver Creek website and wasn't mentioned in ad that advertised ski in ski out. Instead we had to take shuttle to main Beaver Creek. Shuttle pickup wasn't too long of walk but had to follow timing of shuttle to get kids all ready and to the shuttle at particular time. Shuttle drop off location is right at Centennial lift and Arrowhead shuttle parks in front spot where sign says Arriwhead

Unit and location were great! Cabinet was broken and they never came to fix it.

We had a great time. Bathroom in king bedroom on main level was a little dirty. Cabinet in kitchen was broken. But location and unit were great other than that!

House needs some work

The property was not ready at 4pm check in time. The washer leaked water in the hallway and 2 repair men had to come out to fix. No washer until Saturday afternoon our 6th day of our stay. The bedroom upstairs was cold apparently the thermostat is broken. Some of the sinks need new faucets. The toilet in the master seat is falling off.

True to listing, very close to the lift in Arrowhead.

The property is beautiful, the sunlight through the windows is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with, dishes, all types of pots, pans, baking dishes, panini machine, Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, utensils. The locker to store your skies is very convenient and the underground parking is too.

This condo had all you would need in the kitchen. Nice living room and use of washer & dryer. However the jetted tub was unusable as the stopper was broken and under the sink (which did not drain properly). My daughter found hair all over her sheets in the twin room. Our shower drain was filled with hair as well. The kitchen cabinet fell off the hinge. We appreciated the ski in ski out feature.

Excellent Condo!

The condo was very nice and everything was as advertised. Could easily sleep nine ten. It was well-equipped and had everything that could possibly be needed. Additionally, the customer service was excellent when we had a question. Also, we loved the two minute walk to the Arrowhead Lift. Would stay here again. 5 Stars!!

Beautiful home- beautiful setting

We had a wonderful time staying here and home had everything we needed. Beautiful area! Everything was stocked as listed. We will plan to return. We did have a little trouble figuring out the underground parking at first. Also, on our second day, there was a water main break and we were offered a stay at a local hotel or a neighboring building. Since there wasn't a 3 bedroom unit available nearby, we decided to accept the reimbursement offer from the property manager. A hotel wouldn't have met our needs. I mention this as there was timely response to the problem and a fair resolution to the problem.

Lovely place with great location

This is a lovely unit in wonderful location within steps to the lift! The actual unit and everything that the owners supply is terrific. The management company could do a better job. We didn’t have proper check in instructions and basic supplies such as garbage bags, paper towel, soap and shampoo were not provided which is not the norm for rentals these days. Make sure to bring your own and make sure to ask for the garage code and pool code in advance as that was not provided leaving us scrambling when we arrived to get into the actual building. There are also no instructions for a ski locker or what to do with skis so ask before your stay. I would still stay there again as the unit is terrific but not as smooth as others I’ve rented in the same area and building.
