Hot tub is freezing. Cant open the gate with your key to get into the pool. Dirty bathroom and nasty big woman at counter not welcoming.

The room didn’t feel as clean especially with the large carpet stain very visible as you walk into the room. The WiFi password did not work so I couldn’t use it. I called the front desk twice to confirm the password and informed them the WiFi was not working. .

The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it is near a truck stop and at 7am in the morning a male tried to enter our room and when the door stop, stopped him he claimed he was housekeeping. When i brought this up to the staff she stated housekeeping doesnt start till after 8 am.... she seemed concerned and said she would let management know.
