Unexpected power outage unannounced in the legal amount of time to be properly prepared for a power outage. Power went out at 10pm and stayed off until almost 4am no air,no heat, no lights my phone and wife's phones were dead we couldn't call anyone for any candles or flashlights we have a five year old son who was in the middle of this and couldn't sleep until the power was restored very inconvenient and I am not happy

The rate is what stood out the most but I have to say the staff were always asking if there was something they could do for me and the house keeping staff were second to none if I needed them extra towels or trash bags they would supply

Did not take breakfast in a bag. Only saw the sign mentioning it as i was walking out. Tv did not work, onlh 2 sheets on bed no blankets. Rude clerk at chdck in. Elevator smelled. Chair in room had stains on it

Breakfast is good and convenient for the price of the room a free breakfast is pretty good it comes with a fresh muffin, granola bar, cup of Quaker instant oatmeal, a yoplait yogurt and fresh coffee

I was really surprised this time it was always a nice clean place , i don't know but it looks like they changed the crew or ? but the person the front office was super nice and the room was extra clean, will recommend Rancho San Diego Inn to everyone and on top of the good price they have free breakfast 👍 if you want to stay in a good affordable hotel with the 5 star feeling go to this hotel you won't regret it,,
