Beautiful property but our room was a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking. Room was cleaned but still smelled like smoke, we went back and forth to change the room. Lovely property but overall not the best food and we wished we didn’t have to go back and forth to call multiple times to change rooms.

We had to change our room 4 times in the first night. First time, AC was not working, then inspects and mosquitoes in the second room, then a rotten smell in the third room. Finally, the 4th room was ok. This is not to eb expected at such a hotel with such ratings and pricing after an 11 hour flight.

This resort represents the pinnacle of my vacation experiences to date. The accommodations were exceptional, featuring spacious, modern, and technologically advanced rooms with stunning views, all impeccably clean and quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Be advised that the exceptional, abundant, and high-quality food options may contribute to weight gain.
