This place is a dump with a great location. Pictures are extremely deceiving. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Also, the ocean view room pictures look temping and beautiful. Don’t be fooled. You can’t even walk on the sand without stepping in dog poop. Nasty. Breakfast forget about it. It was terrible! The only good thing I can say about this place is the staff is very nice and helpful.

First time in El Nido

This hotel has a good location and is only good for leaving your items in while you spend the entire day out and about. Be sure to use the bottled water provided by the hotel for brushing your teeth, sometimes the tap water quality is no good. We were there during off season, so there’s a lot of construction and refurbishing going on. It’s also next to the driveway to the town square, so the buzz of motor bikes and trucks really makes a lot of noise pollution. Our room door really needed some tlc, actually the entire hotel needs it. You can hear everything going on outside. At night on weekends, a lot of bar goers are out, so you hear a lot of revelry, so noise canceling headphones are good to have. If you requested transportation services from the airport to the hotel, be sure to remind them prior to your arrival. I’m not trying to put this hotel down, I’m just sharing the experience I had. The hotel has a lot of potential to be great, I look forward to the day it does.

My recent stay at El Nido Beach Hotel was a mix of memorable views and a few areas for improvement. The standout feature of this hotel is its unbeatable beachfront location. We booked a room with a stunning view of the ocean—waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sunrise was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were very responsive, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Breakfast was a delight, offering a variety of dishes and fresh fruits each morning, with eggs consistently included on the menu. That said, the room itself was noticeably outdated. There were signs of wear such as a sloppy paint job, cobwebs in the closet, and an overall need for better housekeeping. I believe rooms should be more thoroughly inspected and cleaned before guests check in. The bathroom was functional, equipped with hot and cold water and a bidet, though the grout could use a deep clean. Water pressure also varied depending on the time of day. The bed was not particularly comfortable; I often woke up feeling sore, which added to the impression that the room furnishings were in need of an upgrade. Despite these issues, the hotel’s exceptional view and peaceful ambiance made our stay enjoyable. While the accommodations may need improvement, the scenic beauty and quality service help balance the experience. Do not go I booked for 2 adults and 3 kids they said I booked for only 3 people charged me another pesos to be able to have my kids stay after I showed them proof I booked for 5. Also this hotel is 5 hrs away from puerto princesa I ended up leaving after 3 days no house keeping if u want extra towels u need to pay never going back to this hotel ever!!! WiFi only works for the 1st and 2nd floor and it’s spotty if ur in the 3rd floor forget about it. If you are looking for a beach front. Property it’s on the beach but u can’t even swim on the beach can’t even get ur feet in its not allowed

Its a beachfront property w/ an amazing ocian view if you booked an ocian view room. Service is great and the breakfast is delish. I highly recommend if you are in El Nido.
