Everything was great, decent walking distance from where all the action is. When we arrived I did think I got scammed. The outside of the hotel definitely needs to be updated. You know what they say, it’s the inside that matters. Inside is clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again

Where do I start? After a 5 hour drive from Puerto Princessa I was expecting to have a decent clean room to sleep in, but I was wrong. First of all, the bed sheets had a brown stain on them. The elevator smelled like mold, bathroom looked as if a toddler had applied gout to the toilet bowl and sink. I asked the staff where I could get some seafood for dinner and they directed me to a tourist trap where the food was over priced and tasted overly sweet.i had better luck asking a tricycle driver where I could get some seafood. I rented a moped and paid 700 pesos for a day. The person who dropped off the moped tried to double charge me for the rental. Aside from that, the person brought the moped with empty gas. I would avoid this place at all cost and find another place to stay. The pictures that are posted are edited. The room smelled like mold. If you like to watch television, good luck because the reception is terrible. Please do yourself a favor and find a nicer place down the street.

Tried to give us a room different than what was booked. Informed me that the room booked was not available but when I complained they seemed to find the right room. There are no robes as the booking indicated in either room. Staff were polite. Not the best part of town. No food options in walking distance.

This is a great hotel nestled near downtown El Nido. Plenty of shops and places to grab some food within walking distance. The staff at One El Nido Suite were very kind and accommodating.

Overall our stay here is good. Breakfast in the morning is superb. The only downside for me is we arrived around 0830 and we stayed only in the lobby with sofas it was quite hot and no aircon. We managed to check in around 1330. This is only minor where they could turn on aircon or provide fan. Overall i would still come back to this hotel next time.

Pros: friendly staff, spacious, good breakfast selection, good quality toilet paper compared to other hotels in the Philippines & free toiletries. Cons: small size beds for 2 people, strong old & musty odor from the AC vent, cleanliness could be improved, not close to the beach area or where the action is, beach towel cost extra 100php each, extra cost for extra bed regardless if you’ve already paid for extra person.

It is an old hotel closed to a busy market. The room door does not close properly, the fridge wasn't working (they fixed it), the shower door kept sliding open, rusty/corroded shower tracks, insects and ants in the bedroom and bathroom, the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well a few times, no hot water in the bathroom sink, we asked to borrow beach towels; they charge for those. Extra key is p500 deposit. They only give you one key. The people who work there are nice but the hotel is so run down. The breakfast is same almost everyday and not very good. The air outside the breakfast area smells like sewer. I can go on and on but that is just the gist. I didn't want to start looking for another place as we were only there for 4 nights and almost all other hotels in el Nido are booked up. Never again!!!

Lots of complaints from other customers about this place while I was in line with my complaints. Ac system was not working efficiently. They had to lend us a fan to get the room cooler. Food was 3/5. No parking if you rent a car. There’s lots of scooters parked out front all the time. I won’t be returning here.
