Our beautiful and nice houses (2 gatehouse dormirorios, 2 bathrooms. Casa del Patio 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) are located next to the Hueznar River and along its banks you find waterfalls and ponds where you can take a bath, you can wander 150,000 sqm of our farm pasture at night in season listening to rutting deer, are 10 minutes of Cazalla de la Sierra and 5 of Pedroso. Have fireplaces, wifi, pool, barbecue and are completely refurbished.

Located in the heart of "Sierra Norte" of Seville a beautiful natural park with whitewashed villages, it is the perfect place for those who enjoy the tranquility and nature and who prefer to discover the true North Sierra of Seville.

Surrounded by nature La Umbria de la Ribera offers two completely renovated old houses. It can accommodate up to 6 people in each house (see another house announced), the two house are: Wi-Fi; Pool, Fireplace, BBQ, TV, full kitchen.

You can also sample our organic production. We are nature lovers and the property has a beautiful garden with organic vegetables and fruits, chickens that provide farm fresh eggs and a beehive that offers a delicious honey.

Only 5 minutes walk there is a river beach and impressive waterfalls upstream. There are several outdoor activities that can be practiced here, such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, fishing and hunting.

Only 1 hour drive you have the opportunity to visit the cities of Seville and Cordoba.

Sierra Norte de Sevilla

The Natural Park of the Sierra Norte is located north of the province of Seville, in a mid-mountain region and is part of the Biosphere Reserve "the meadows of the Sierra Morena" of UNESCO. It has an important animal population, headed by mammals such as wild cats, otters, wild boar, deer,
fallow deer and mouflon. The birds in the park is also varied and plentiful, highlighting the black and griffon vulture, black stork and imperial eagles, royal, toed and driveway. As for the flora, the Sierra Norte is characterized by wide open stands areas alternating with forests of oak trees. In the shady forest areas thrive oaks and other trees like chestnut, pine and elm. On the banks of the rivers, the Huéznar and Viar, gallery forests formed by ash alders and willows occur.

The Sierra Norte provides the opportunity to practice numerous outdoor activities: hiking, horseback riding, cycling, and for the more adventurous there is the temptation to practice climbing on the Cerro del Hierro. Hunting is another option, given the existence of several big game preserves. The fishing enthusiasts have two trout preserves on the banks of Huéznar (permission) and water from the swamps of Huéznar, Retortillo and Pintado.

In the Sierra Norte are ten authentic villages, each town with its own charm, its own history and their own parties.

The weather

Spring Andalucia is famous: nice and colorful temperatures, everything is in bloom, in the plain of the Guadalquivir (Seville, Ecija, Cordoba) gets very hot in summer, temperatures above 40 ° C are not EXCEPTIONAL, then in the mountains of the Sierra Norte is much more pleasant situation, the temperature is a bit lower, almost always a bit windy, people take to the streets until midnight children are playing outside.

Autumn and winter can be very nice also, days with temperatures around 16 ° C and skies are marvelous discovered, for the day is ideal for walking and evening light the fire.
