The high-quality, artistically decorated home features several living areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single beds), and 3 bathrooms (one of them outside next to the pool). You also have Wi-Fi, television, a cot, and a fireplace at your disposal. Thanks to its smart construction and thick exterior walls, the house stays pleasantly cool even in the hottest months, so air conditioning is not necessary, although it is available in the main bedroom and the living room. The outdoor area, designed with great attention to detail, includes a well-kept garden with various seating options, a barbecue, a pool, and covered, furnished terraces: an oasis of peace that promises a relaxing outdoor holiday. Shops, restaurants, and bars are less than 5 minutes away by car, as is the 15 km long sandy beach Playa Santa Catalina.
