The high-quality, artistically decorated home features several living areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 2 single beds), and 3 bathrooms (one of them outside next to the pool). You also have Wi-Fi, television, a cot, and a fireplace at your disposal. Thanks to its smart construction and thick exterior walls, the house stays pleasantly cool even in the hottest months, so air conditioning is not necessary, although it is available in the main bedroom and the living room. The outdoor area, designed with great attention to detail, includes a well-kept garden with various seating options, a barbecue, a pool, and covered, furnished terraces: an oasis of peace that promises a relaxing outdoor holiday. Shops, restaurants, and bars are less than 5 minutes away by car, as is the 15 km long sandy beach Playa Santa Catalina.



Parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Pets are allowed.

Parties and noisy events are not permitted.

Due to local regulations, you are not allowed to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and passersby. No loud noises are allowed at night from midnight to 7 a.m.

Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water that affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit the use of tap water.

The deposit must be paid before arrival by bank transfer.
