This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a 2.5 star hotel. The wifi went out and the tables and chairs in eating area were dirty. The re was mold in bathroom. The area is in a warehouse district and not walkable. With renovations, new furniture, and cleaner practices this could be a 4 star hotel.

Overnight stay

Hotel is ideally situated for access to airport and overnight stay, room was comfortable and nice, have used few times before and would stay again. Unfortunately all food was only buffet style and not good, evening meal was really bad and vastly overpriced at €17, mostly poor quality and just warm ! In the past they used to have a menu evening meal which was pretty good! Would certainly not eat there again. Some of the staff were lovely but some should be sent to customer service school to improve their attitude to customers!

Great hotel ideal for a stopover before a flight and free secure underground parking when we were there. Very good buffet breakfast and dinner and bar prices very reasonable. It is located in the middle of a newish large industrial estate so no other bars or restaurants around without driving. Very quiet other than planes heading to Alicante airport to land; this obviously depends on wind direction. Clean modern bedrooms with walk in shower. Swimming pool was a bonus also. Like most Spanish hotel no kettles in the room.

Nice big lobby, close to the airport but absolutely nothing around. You definitely will need a car to get you about. the room need to be renovated, wall paper peeled off, very old furniture it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. Very limited breakfast. We had a half board, the diner wasn’t a buffet you had to order from menu and the choice was very poor. Definitely not going to choose this hotel for our next trip

Lovely friendly hotel

The staff were very helpful as we arrived late evening with tired twin toddlers. They helped with our luggage and kept our car seats safe in reception overnight. The food was lovely in the evening and at breakfast. I enjoyed my refreshing swim in the hotel pool in the morning. We caught a taxi from the airport in evening €16 and I will catch a bus to airport from outside hotel R11.

Ac not working, I was told to open the window, which when your on the flight path can be disturbing. Beds are very hard. Other children allowed to run around and scream until 2300 close to all the rooms

Convenient and good value airport hotel

We stayed here before our flight back from Alicante. We have used the hotel before as it is a convenient location with lots of parking, good breakfast, nice rooms, quiet and good value. I have never actually had time to use the gym, pool or sauna but maybe on our next visit!
