Minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. 3 bedroom home with newly renovated kitchen. Home sleeps 6 comfortably, 9 creatively. Large comfy sectional, large living room with wood burning stove. Large front porch for enjoying morning coffee or evenings by the fire pit. There is nothing like coming off the lake and being able to take a shower, grill, watch a movie or play games with family and friends. Plenty of space to park your lake toys as well as RV cleanout on site.

Awesome property

This house was as advertised. The house was super cute and very clean. It had everything our three couples and toddler needed for the weekend. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was amazing. My son decided he needed a sofa set like the one they had it was so versatile and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Overall amazing stay! Janet’s home is very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Janet’s home has all necessities needed even entertainment (games/movies). My family really felt at home while on vacation. We will definitely be staying again future and would highly recommend to family/friends. The home was only a 5min drive to the lake. Thank you Janet!

Perfect Weekend

I’ve been going to the Butte since I was a kid always camping down by the water. With the heat and sometimes weather that makes rest a little tougher. We tried this route (vrbo) this time and I’m not sure we will go back to camping anytime soon. This was a much better way to do things. This was super close to the beach and we were able to bounce back and forth as needed. The AC and shower are great after a day in the sun and water. The home was perfect, clean and comfortable. I would definitely be staying here again!!!

Wonderful property close to lake and dog friendly!

This is a great property close to lake, cozy, and clean. We very much enjoyed the space and so glad we could bring two dogs, plenty of fencing to let them run around. And plenty of room to park. My family had three vehicles and a boat. Will definitely visit Janet’s property again!

Mini vacation

The host was very timely in responding. When we arrived, the house was very clean, well taken care of and had plenty of space. We will definitely be back during the summer to spend tome at the lake. It was a couple of minutes to the lake. Absolutely loved this place and would recommend staying here.

Family gathering

Janet was very communicative and the photos on-line did not do the property justice. Very clean, very nice little home. The neighborhood was close to everything that we needed and was quiet. We were only in town for a short period and everything about this property was perfect from the size, the price, the location and the ease of check-in and check out. If for some reason you find yourself in Elephant Butte or Truth or Consequences, this is a wonderful option for lodging. Thank you Janet!

Very Comfortable

Clean & comfortable house. Great living room and very nice mattresses. Nice to be able to park my motorcycle out of sight from the street, and behind a locked gate. The large fenced in yard is awesome for the dog. Short drive to many restuarants & hot springs.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our time staying in this home while visiting family. Very easy check in/out process. Janet was a great host and super quick to respond. We arrived a little early after driving from Texas and she allowed us an early check in. The home was decorated beautifully and clean. Very comfy beds! We will book again!

Home away from home

The property was very clean, had many amenities that made you feel as if you were in your own home. Very quiet & safe neighborhood. A Thanksgiving get away

We really enjoyed our stay, the wood burning fireplace was a real treat and the selection of board games was too. Very fun to stay, the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook. Highly recommended for those who just want to hang out with loved ones and enjoy each other's company.

Weekend stay for memorial service.

What a great place for our family to gather to attend my MILs memorial service. It was comfortable, plenty of room and had just about everything we needed. Janet was very responsive when needed and made the whole process easy. Will recommend when friends need a place to stay in that area.

Perfect Lake Weekend!

This was the perfect house to stay in for a friends getaway to the lake. Awesome location, felt safe, very clean & the amenities were spot on. The decor helps you get into the mood of the lake & the beds are very comfy!! We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others!
