The heart of the room is a magnificent floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, where the flickering gas logs are a simple pleasure to ignite, casting a warm, inviting glow throughout the space. Relax on the plush seating, arranged for comfort and conversation, while a large screen TV above the mantle promises endless entertainment. This space is perfect for gathering and making memories, whether it's cozying up for a movie night or sharing stories around the fire.

Kitchen & Dining Area:
For the culinary enthusiast, the kitchen is nothing short of a dream. Boasting custom granite tile counters, stainless steel appliances, and a large central island, it's a space designed to inspire creativity and bring people together. Whether preparing a delicious meal or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, this kitchen has all the kitchen basics you could need. Main Level Primary King Suite:

Charming Bunk Room & Family Fun:
The spacious Bunk Room, also on the main level, is a whimsical and inviting space for children or extra guests. With two sets of beautifully crafted twin-over-queen bunk beds, this room is both functional and fun. A large mounted TV, beanbag chairs, a nugget couch, and ample space for play create an atmosphere of carefree relaxation. The room opens to the deck, offering easy access to the outdoors. Adjacent to the Bunk Room is a full bathroom, featuring a shower-tub combo for added convenience.

Upstairs Suites:
Just up the stairs to the second level, guests will find the final bedroom suites along with a tucked away desk nook for the work that occasionally must be done. The second king suite is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed. The ensuite bathroom boasts another custom-tiled shower. Just down the hall is the final queen bedroom and right next to it, the fourth bathroom, which includes a shower-tub combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a mounted TV, ensuring that everyone can unwind in privacy and comfort.

The large, partially covered deck is an entertainer's paradise, with a dining area to enjoy meals al fresco and comfortable seating around the outdoor gas log fireplace, perfect for relaxing at the end of an adventurous day. Just steps down from the deck, will lead you to a nice soak in the hot tub or to a family gathering around the fire pit, where laughter and stories flow freely as the flames dance in the night air.

Please note all visitors on premise must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Important Notes:
• Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, crate trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
• Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
• The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
• All linens and towels provided for your stay.
• Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
​​​​​​​• All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
• Check in is after 4pm
• Checkout by 10am
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.

​​​​​​​CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
