I will never ever stay here again and if your smart you wont either...we booked through expedia for feb 12-15...chose to pay apon arrival at the hotel front desk...paid at the front desk when we arrived 233.27...we had a family emergency and had to leave Saturday morning...they did not refund us for the day we did not stay and they also charged my husbands card an additional 80.67...i called and they gave me such a hard time saying we only paid 157.34 at the front desk when we have bank statments and recites proving we paid the full 233.27 on Thursday the 12th when we arrived...i dont understand how they have the right to just charge my husband's card with no authorization..kept saying id have to get ahold of expedia when in reality our bank statement says the charges came strait from the luxor inn...not to mention every time we left the room and returned our keys did not work..super loud and noise...i do not recommend this hotel to any one...it totally put a damper on our valetines day weekend get away

A day away doesn't have to be far away I really like this one it’s affordable, modern, and I love the small touches like the mountain lake view curtain on the window. The rooms have newer tech and from the looks of them they’ve been recently upgraded.

They have sub-par contractors renovating the property and you can tell by the quality of the work. Broken mirror, peeling wallpaper, hung door to low that scrapes the floor and to close cause it scratches the wall, holes behind the bed with wire and wire connectors exposed, ambient lighting laying in top of bed frame not hooked up.

first they advertised free breakfast, but when asked they said this has stopped temporarily due to construction, they should not had false advertise !!! I had an alternative choise for hotel&lodging , regret choosing this over that. second there no elevator, I had a child, they gave me 2and floor room, when asked receptionist just mentioned no elevator, didn't even try finding alternatives solutions such as moving to 1st floor room so I do not have to carry luggage, baby and stroller thirds, some light fixtures and telephone was not wired.... this is disappointing, before getting room ready they should check and make aire.
