Black Lodge - Mountain Home w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath cabin in Ellijay located in the BlueRidge Mountains. It offers fishing, hiking, and awesome community features! Situated only 25 minutes to Blue Ridge, this home has all the amenities imaginable for the perfect vacation including a brand new hot tub, fire pit and BBQ grill. Welcome to the North GA mountains!



The Space:

Enjoy this beautifully decorated gem of a home that was newly renovated in 2023 and offers 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. On the first floor you'll find the gorgeous living room and fully stocked kitchen with small coffee bar. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a shareable bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a full bathroom, small built-in fridge with a small coffee bar.



There are two patios. One has a brand new hot tub for you to enjoy and a grill with a bar top sitting area. The second patio has a fire pit, corn hole and board games for all to enjoy!



Hot Tub Instructions

The hot tub is set to "sleep mode" when not in use. If you'd like to use it, please switch it to "standard mode" to allow it to heat up, which can take several hours. We recommend turning it on ahead of time to ensure it's at the right temperature when you're ready to use it. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to reach out!



All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.



If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.



Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.



For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole home.

There are 4 day passes located in the home the get you access to all community actives: Putt Putt Golf / 2 outdoor pools / 1 indoor pool / river access / playground / ect



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the gated community of Coosawatte River Resort in Ellijay GA, only 25 minutes from Blue Ridge. The community offers putt putt, arcade room, playground, 2 outdoor pools, and so much more. All roads in community are paved.



Please Note: Coosawatte River Resort is a mountain community. Some roads and the driveway to the home are steep and should be considered when booking. If you have any questions/concerns please send us a message.



Other Things to Note:

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

- Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.

- Smart TV's - login with your subscription accounts.

- We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account.

-No pets allowed. We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Please note that an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee.
