Part of the amenity-rich Coosawattee River Resort, this modern cabin is perfect for friends and family. Sip morning coffee on the picture-perfect front porch or curl up with a good book in the sunroom. Host a cookout on the patio then gather round the firepit as the stars come out!

Open and inviting, the three-level layout provides all the comforts of home. Relax and restore in one of four plush bedrooms, or kick back in the loft (open to the great room below). Central AC and a private washer/dryer add convenience to your stay.

Vaulted ceilings soar in the spacious great room and plush primary suite. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and lots of handy extras. Cozy up by the gas fireplace for movie nights or board games with the whole group.

Located off the Eagle Mountain Gate, the Coosawattee Rec Center provides family-friendly amenities like an all-season pool, gym, and miniature golf!

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

The kitchen was very unorganized, pots & pans in different cabinets, lids that didn't fit anything. Only one big red bowl so not enough to mix things in, so if you wanted to prep a salad for dinner & need a larger bowl for something else you were out of luck. Iwas aalso odd walking in to

Huge space, lots of bedrooms and activities. We enjiyed the spacious kitchen and livingroom and the long balcony. We played hide and go seek with the whole fam and it was great. Easy to get to and parking space enough for several cars.

Awesome Retreat!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only drawbacks were probably on us. We had a hard time figuring out which light switch worked what and the beds has a sheet and summer comforter, not really warm enough for December. We got in late Friday night after a wedding and probably just didn’t look hard enough. It was a great place. If we make it back that way, we would definitely book this place again!

Family girls trip

Everyone front the tens to the great grandma traveled together for a relaxing getaway. It was nice and quiet. Very clean. We enjoyed it greatly and recommend this house.

Nice location but missing a few key items

Home is very clean in a nice location. So nice to see the deer out front of home each morning. The beds were absolutely HORRIBLE - there were 6 adults and all of us were complaining about how uncomfortable the beds were. One couple even purchased an air mattress to sleep on after 2 nights of sleeping on the beds. There is no lock on the bathroom in the living area so that makes it interesting to have privacy. Pots/pans need to be updated.

Trip with the Guys

9 of us guys got together to hangout and have a chill weekend. Absolutely perfect place to be with your friends or family and just hangout. The rec is really fun and the staff are super nice. The house has a lot of amenities and things to keep everyone busy. Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Highly recommend. It is also not a tight squeeze for a group of 9 or 10.

Spring break weekend, April 1-4

Enough space for our family of 11. There were 3-5 deer in the yard every day of our 3 night stay. Enjoyed the sun porch and front porch. We used the grill a couple of times. Only complaint about that is, it was on the downstairs patio, so everything for grilling had to be carried up and down a long staircase, unless you wanted to walk around the house. But that was a minor inconvenience. I noticed in a couple of previous reviews, that the beds were comfortable. While they appear to be some sort of memory foam, we found them to be too firm. The kitchen was well appointed. We would recommend a larger outside trash can for the number of guests the listing allows.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautiful. Overall pretty clean. There were some things that could have been cleaner. I did have to contact vacasa to change guest list, which was an unpleasant experience. Took 2 conversations to get it sorted out. Everything else was pretty smooth.
