WoodLawn Retreat Has A Back Yard and Deck To Create Private Outdoor Space For Guests Staying.
Both Rental Guests Are Asked To Respect The Solitude and Privacy Of One Another.
Please Note:
The Acadian Rose Apartment Requires A Flight Of Steps To Enter.
The Private Yard Is Accessed Via The Dining Room and Is A Direct Walk-Out With No Staircase Required Since It's Ground Level.
The Acadian Rose Apartment Sits Above A 3 Car Garage That We Use For Storage But Will Not Be Used/Accessed By Us During Your Reservation.
Exterior Camera Is Located At Apartment Door For Safety/Security Purposes.
This Ring Camera Records Audio/Visual and Is Only Viewed In Extreme Circumstances.
Absolutely No Cameras Are Located Inside
Our VRBO Is On "Auto-Delivery" For Home Heating Fuel.
There Is A Chance You May See Our Fuel Supplier Filling Our Tank If Fuel Is Low.
Our VRBO Requires Lawn Mowing During The Warm Months.
While Our Lawn Crew Typically Schedules Their Service Between Guests, There Is A Chance You May See Them Mowing If They Were Previously Delayed By Rain.
