This sun-drenched Villa Sonnenschein showcases the unique natural stone style. This villa is located in a purely residential area in Els Poblets, Costa Blanca. The beach road, "Las Marinas" is known for its 15 km length and numerous different beaches. Here you will find the impressive, dreamlike sandy beaches to the natural beaches, stone beach and pebble beach. Everything is in the immediate vicinity. It is only 700 m to the centre of Els Poblets and 8 km to the centre of the district town of Dénia. There you will find the harbour with the ferry to the Balearic Islands and many other excursion possibilities. Els Poblets is located halfway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (approx. 100 km). You can simply choose the cheaper airport.
You can also easily reach us by car via the AP7 motorway exit Ondara/Dénia. This is probably safer than travelling by plane during the pandemic. Many guests use this option.

This villa has everything you would expect from a first-class holiday home, such as 3D HD TV, various climate converters and a pellet stove for cosy hours in the sofa area. The high-quality, high-gloss designer kitchen on the ground floor with its top equipment invites you to cook and bake so that you can spoil yourself and your loved ones. It has a gas hob and electric oven. The spacious living area with its large sofa area invites you to linger. The beautiful conservatory will also provide you with pleasant, relaxing hours. The holiday home has a private saltwater pool. The entire complex is wheelchair-accessible and senior-friendly on the ground floor. Many aids such as a care bed and hoist can be booked, making the holiday home attractive for those with more severe disabilities. Special features The natural stones used with the large climate converters regulate such a pleasant, even room climate, as well as the special beds will give you restful nights. You will certainly not want to miss this special interaction afterwards. On the upper floor there is a small flat with a bathroom, bedroom and a kitchen-cum-living room with HD TV. This upper floor is not suitable for tall people due to the sloping roof. Of course, the house is also equipped with an air conditioning converter and gas central heating. Location description : Els Poblets is a Spanish municipality in the Comunidad Valenciana with 3029 inhabitants, located in the north of the province of Alicante in the Marina Alta region. The special thing about Els Poblets is that the ratio of tourists to locals is not so high, which gives the town its charm. There are predominantly small houses; it is not permitted to build more than three storeys high. Many expats have therefore chosen this location.
