We were unhappy at the point of check in that we were not eligible to stay on any floor other then the first floor facing the parked cars duo to the fact that we had booked with a third party. In this case your company. If we would like to pay and upgrade charge they could accommodate our request. We have stayed at this property for over twenty years and never have been told this before. Using your organization should not mean we're treated like third class citizens. Please reach out to this property and determine why this is occurring to your clients. I booked 2 rooms a month before our stay , and when we arrived they didn’t have 2 rooms close together, and one was pet friendly, I love dogs but do not wish to sleep in a stinky pet friendly room, they offered one of us a room across the parking lot on the 2 floor which had no elevator, at 67 I was not wanting to haul our luggage up a flight of stairs. The hotel was very dirty and run down. I would not recommend it. The breakfast had no meat!

Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. I didn’t noticed when I was giving a once over of the room that there was in a corner under a curtain a bunch of chips and crumbs on the carpet that def were not from us. It grossed me out but it is what it is as we were already leaving.
