There were very drunk, obnoxious people at the bar bothering guests. Employees were engaging in inappropriate conversation with the drunk patrons. Female bartender was unfriendly. In-room TV didn't work. Only positive was Andrea at the front desk, she was great.

The room was so clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c kept the room cool and the shower head was SO fabulous we ordered 2 for our place on our way back home, we didn't have breakfast but we did eat at the restaurant the night we checked in and it was delicious

Always a good stay. The only bad thing this time, is when we asked for an extra hour for check out they charged us 20 bucks. We have a baby, so we said yes since his sleep is crucial

This was a solid stay - I would give it a '4' but the bed had a big depression across the middle, as though it had been bent in half and left like that for a long time. I don't have back problems but it was sore the next day. With that said, front staff were very nice, and the Mexican restaurant was unexpectedly delicious! Two more things, when I entered the room, the trash can that would sit under the vanity was on the counter next to the sink, ick. And the bathroom trash can was sitting on the edge of the bathroom with a plunger in it, double ick. And the toilet had a ring around it. Whoever was cleaning the floor left in a hurry. I will never stop wishing that hotel guests coud have more self-awareness about not slamming their hotel doors so loudly that it wakes the dead. Come on people!
