Nice stay, not a 5 minute walk exactly.

I stayed here with my 2 adult daughters. Very nice, updated place. The location was great concerning being close to going out. The picture showing the beach access with the "5 minute walk" made me to believe that the access was just across from the house. The access was about a block away. They try to make it convenient with providing a wagon but the wagon is hard to maneuver going through the sand and using the stairs on the deck entering the beach. This was a 1st for ever using a wagon for the beach. If you can manage, do not use the wagon. We were going to use the blackstone grill one night but it was rusty and I didn't feel like messing with it. My last complaint was that the television in the master bedroom did not work. We arrived late so I called the next day. They supposedly had someone look at it that day while we were out but no message letting me know the situation of the tv because it still didn't work. I had to call. They told me that they will have a new one the next day. The next day when we returned from being out, there was no new tv. No message from the office letting me know the status, nothing. It was after 5 when we returned and the next day I didn't bother calling because it was our last day before leaving. I received plenty of texts about my arrival but it would have been nice to gave gotten a text saying, "Hey! This is the status on your tv".

NC Getaway

Very convenient location to the beach. The beds were not very comfortable. It would have been nice if the rental offered some beach chairs or beach towels. There was a wagon if you had items that you wanted to haul. Truly a great location!

Comfortable, beachy, quiet, convemient

This townhome was perfect for myself and 2 teens; could have easily accommodated 3 teens; plenty of space for everyone; Master suite so relaxing, the decor and upgrades are really on-pointe; beds are super comfy, full kitchen, use of beach chairs, walk to the beach was nothing, and close by restaurants and other activities. We booked on a whim for the July 4th Holiday, and had plenty of fireworks to enjoy right on the beach both nights. We'd definitely book this property again.

Beautiful Beach Townhouse.

Clean, modern, comfortable, and cozy. It has everything you need and more. Its priced really well and pretty close to the ocean. Its close to restaurants and grocery stores as well. Its a perfect place for a vacation getaway. The host was lovely and made the check in and check out process seamless.

Fun Family Weekend

My family stayed at the townhome with another family for a short weekend trip. The home was perfect for our families! It is beautifully decorated and updated. The property manager was incredibly responsive to my phone calls before and during our stay. The only *very minor* issue we encountered was the lack of beach towels at the property. Towels are listed as an amenity and we incorrectly assumed that would be bath and beach towels. Other than something that was our poor assumption, the stay was fantastic! The home had everything we needed and the location was great - so close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. The walk to the beach was short. We were visiting with young children, so it took longer than the 5 minutes stated. If you are visiting without children that need to be carried, getting to the beach is easy! Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and look forward to making the trip again!

Excellent Beach Stay!!

This townhouse was perfect for my family to enjoy a quick weekend away at the beach. The interior is modern, updated, and comfortable for a relaxing stay! It is conveniently located to a public beach access and just a short walk away. We will definitely consider staying at this property again during our next trip to EI!
