Everything was terrific for our family holiday stay. Beautiful morning sunrises. The house is a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen and some bedrooms have a partial ocean view. Grocery stores was a very short distance away. There was a also a small area that everything you need (movie theater, bar/lounge, clothing stores and breakfast cafe) all located next to grocery stores.The hosts are very sweet and responsive. I will definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect house as we gathered to celebrate our childhood friend's wedding. The space was spacious and airy -- and well maintained. We loved being able to access the beach and walk to the house where the wedding was being hosted, 10 minutes down the beach. Communication was friendly, prompt and helpful. The check-out experience was stress-free. A really lovely home that was big enough for everyone to have their own space, while intimate enough to gather for a pre-dinner nibble and cocktail. Many special memories were made during our time there. Would love to come back someday!

Overall, Nice, Housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning. Layer of dust on top of refrigerator, had to be cleaned, outside grill was dirty and had to be cleaned before using. Solar lights on outdoor stairway do not work. Landscaping needs attention, grass needed mowing, dimmer switch to light over kitchen table is not working properly. Noticed Red service light on back up generator. Other than that, is it is a nice place to stay and very convenient to the beach. Would stay again.

Amazing, vscation spot. Large enough for 3 families! Two second walk to the beach access. The large over hang on the pouch, lets you stay out all day and night with out getting too hot or wet from a stray shower. Will definitely keep this place in mind when we come down next year to look for a home.

Great Time!

This was our first house rental. In past we've done condos, etc. Nice to have no noise and a surprise bunny in the yard every morning! Comfortable large beds. Very easy beach access. Nice breeze on the large porch.

Pretty house but needs some updates & housekeeping

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the size of the house! It was a great location and the neighborhood was so peaceful and nice. Our favorite part was the big porch with the swinging seat and hearing the waves! The property definitely needs to be updated in some areas though. There were a lot of broken blinds and lamps, the landscaping was overgrown a lot and covered the stairs and made it hazardous for our kids to walk down, it was dirty and dusty and didn’t look like it was deep cleaned before we came. We would like to come back but definitely think the house needs to be looked over and cleaned better before people come to stay. Thank you for all the details and having a fully stocked kitchen.

Nice but needs some work

The house and neighborhood are nice. House wasn’t completely ready at the 4:00 checkin which was disappointing. The house and grounds need some maintenance work. There were issues that we reported to the hosts and they seemed very receptive to fixing. These issues had some negative impact on our stay which is why we only give it an average rating.

Fun Beach House

The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our week spent in the house! The location is a very close walk to the public beach access. We wished we had known the access had a steep walk up and down a very long set of steps to get to the beach. We brought a wagon to bring our beach stuff (also to pull our one year old in through the sand, but there was no way we could walk that up along the stairs. My parents who are older and sister-in-law who is pregnant found the steps to be challenging, so we wish that was noted in the listed. Communication with the owner/check-in was excellent. The home was clean but seemed like it had been very quickly cleaned from the previous visitors. There was not enough toilet paper and we did have to go out to get our own though the listing said it was provided. Other than that, the home is beautiful and close to the beach. Overall happy with our stay!

Great property—so close to the beach
 5 min walk
open concept which was perfect for our large family gatherings for meals and the evening. Xtra fridge/freezer in garage was a big help for overflow. Rosa super responsive when I reached out with a problem! Highly recommend—would definitely come back!

Nice house, great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location really can’t be beat
seriously 1 min to the beach access. The house had plenty of beach chairs to use, all linens were provided and there were beach towels (though we had brought our own). Communication with the owners was easy and they were always quick to respond.

A relaxing week in a wonderful vacation rental....

We had a wonderful week in Emerald Isle, NC and this vacation rental played a big part in that. The owners were quick to respond to any questions regarding the property. The house is furnished beautifully and had many items such as beach towels and linens that typically aren't provided. Outside the home, we enjoyed the large, cover deck and inside the extended dining table was not only great for meals, but for game nights. Thank you again, Abraham and Rosa for sharing your home with us. There's no doubt we'd rent this property again!

A wonderful stay

Abraham and Rose's place was exactly what we were hoping for during our family vacation. The house was impeccably clean and located in the most beautiful of cul-de-sacs with very easy access to the beach. Frankly, the property listing doesn't do it justice. The stay was very nice and communication with the home owners was always quick and easy.
